Went here 2 days in a row. 1st day, a young lady took our orders and made us 2 perfect and fresh sandwiches, and she was very pleasant. 2nd day, an older lady took our orders, my bread was stale, and my sandwich was poorly slapped together, she just seemed annoyed we were even there to have to make a sandwich.

Just ordered a 6 inch veggie delight sandwich which was less than 6 inch the bread was hard rock like a biscuit it actually hurt my mouth just eating it. They store stale bread from a week or so for it to become that hard. Worst subway ever.

No restrooom in a restaurant!! When I asked they were rude and said for employees only. They acted like I was crazy for expecting there to be a restroom!Food was too hot. Shady characters coming in and out….. plenty of better places to eat.

The food was good, the service was bad. The female that was preparing the food eyeballed me with discuss as soon as I walked in and didn't want to help me. She had to go to the back to get someone else to take my order. She was making smirk remarks to her coworker about me and laughing. After I paid they sang a song and laughed. I felt very discriminated and singled out. This subway is mostly empty and it's probably because of the employees. The people they hire are very young and d**** They also over charge certain customers it could be bias or racism against people they hate .

Since they changed their menu and raise their prices it's not as good.I went to a location on Beach boulevard and ball rd in Anaheim there's so many homeless people around there it makes me so nervous.I don't think I'll go back to that location again
