Just ordered a 6 inch veggie delight sandwich which was less than 6 inch the bread was hard rock like a biscuit it actually hurt my mouth just eating it. They store stale bread from a week or so for it to become that hard. Worst subway ever.

No restrooom in a restaurant!! When I asked they were rude and said for employees only. They acted like I was crazy for expecting there to be a restroom!Food was too hot. Shady characters coming in and out….. plenty of better places to eat.

What a wonderful catering order we picked up yesterday!!! We want to give a special thanks to Sathi and Gita and the staff at Subway on Beach and Ball (in Anaheim). The order was very nice (for our church gathering). We want to make sure they knew how much we appreciate everything they did to make it a success!!! We'll be back soon. Thanks to SATHI everytime I go there she's great!!!

The food was good, the service was bad. The female that was preparing the food eyeballed me with discuss as soon as I walked in and didn't want to help me. She had to go to the back to get someone else to take my order. She was making smirk remarks to her coworker about me and laughing. After I paid they sang a song and laughed. I felt very discriminated and singled out. This subway is mostly empty and it's probably because of the employees. The people they hire are very young and d**** They also over charge certain customers it could be bias or racism against people they hate .

Since they changed their menu and raise their prices it's not as good.I went to a location on Beach boulevard and ball rd in Anaheim there's so many homeless people around there it makes me so nervous.I don't think I'll go back to that location again
The sandwiches and ingredients taste just fine; consistent with any other subway franchise following health and safety standards. This is located in a dilapidated plaza along the strip with other rundown looking businesses. The customer service isn't all that great (unfriendly workers) and my guess is that "out of order" sign on the bathroom is to deter customers from using the restroom since I saw an employee using it. I would at least respect this place more if they'd simply state that "restrooms aren't available for public use" or something akin to that... $15.99 for a foot long Turkey sandwich without cheese and with avocado after tax (thanks to inflation).

So we tried this Subway location on Tuesday. They were promoting their new Number menu and offering a free 6" sandwich. An employee named Sathi helped us. She argued with us and said we could not get one of the numbered sandwiches free we had to order a different sandwich a ham or roast beef or something else. I questioned her about this and asked about the promotion. It was supposed to be order one of the numbered sandwiches and they would take care of the rest. Sathi finally started making our sandwiches. We said we wanted a number 12. 12 was a Turkey Cali Club. As she was making it she asked us if we wanted other ingredients added. I said no we want the number 12 as it is listed. Sathi put jalapenos, pickles, olives and banana peppers on it. Sathi said she was making sandwiches for eighteen years and was the manager at the store. Not the type of promotion experience we were hoping for.

Where to begin? The manager there, Sebina? Not sure how she is a manager but probably either the owner or knows them... cause she was awful and looks at all these reviews. First off, stay far far away from this place. I saw this lady be insanely word to some poor little girl who works there. This girl was probably like 15 or 16 and if anyone ever talked to my kid that way it would be a big issue. Sebina is full of herself, rude, lazy and overall gross. I'm sorry to everyone who works here, please go work anywhere else where you'll make the same or more and actually have a "boss" who values and respects you.
