I been buying from all 24 hours and this location is the best Quality food and costumer service.
Jorge was ending an all night shift at about 8am and he was just as personable and smiling as if he was just starting. Great customer service!
Just walked into this subway at 1135 pm today and they tried to serve me salami that was molded until I asked the sandwhich artist why does the salami have black spots on it he said “ I don’t know I just started working” I asked him to remove then paid for the sandwhich walked outside and threw it away walked down the block to raising canes. Thanks for wasting my money subway. Eat fresh how the food was molded.
Employee didn’t change her gloves after they were used touching the register during a payment before beginning the next sandwich. The girl worker had a horrible attitude when I asked her to change her gloves before preparing my food, and she walked into the back without a word and left me at the counter. A male worker continued to help me instead and ignored a question of mine, and when I asked him for mayo on the bread before the turkey, he rudely threw the turkey back into the table container. I said nevermind, I didn’t want my sandwich anymore, and walked out. I don’t want a sandwich from a place that doesn’t value politeness or cleanliness.

Worst service, super slow even though it’s empty and really rude. Two spanish workers there both lady’s, around 8:30 december 3rd. The ladies spoke to eachother in spanish thinking i didn’t know spanish saying to just tell me the footlong churros were out because i had wanted one. Surprise to them i know spanish . If you’re too lazy to do your job then don’t work here. Rude and lying to me saying they don’t have anymore of a product just because they’re lazy! 0 stars if i could and these ladies shouldn’t have there job

I ordered a meatball sub from here. They were out of meatballs and went to the back to grab frozen meatballs. She continued to make my sandwich with frozen meatballs. Somehow even after they toasted it my sandwich was still cold. I understand they were busy but I will not be purchasing a cold meatball sub from here again. Really wasn’t appetizing at all. I usually love subway too so very disappointing.

Have a question for you. Is subway a place to order food. Worst experience i ever had at any fast food restaurant. Two employees are counter neither one speak English. had to point to picture on menu board. Please hire qualified people. They could not process a subway sandwich coupon at register. Twenty minutes later we left with two sandwiches. If we wanted to wait we could go to Denny's. Which is usually busy at dinner time. We will never return to subway again.

Edit: I raised my rating because I immediately received a detailed response from the store, which shows they do care, and i believe them when they say they will work to improve that. Most companies just write short generic apologies and give an email for any further quedtions so this shows they really want to do better. And that's all im asking for. This is my nearest subway so I've gone here many many times and know the hours, but if I'm going loser to closing time I still call to see if they are actually open so I don't show up just to find the door locked early. Tonight, that's what happened. I was told they close at 12 (midnight) showed up at 11:40 p.m. but the door was locked. The employee was mopping and had all the chairs already stacked up and all food was already put away so he clearly had closed everything down even earlier then when I showed up. I've worked closing shifts at a restraunt many times so I get that employees want to just get off and go home at the end of the night. Closing down any type of food establishment can take a while. However that's your job! Working a closing shift almost never means getting off right at closing in the restraunt industry. If the hours say open until midnight, you don't close at 11:15.still, it wouldn't have bothered me enough to write a review, except the employee working just turned his back to us and completely ignored us and another customer that had showed up at the same time. That is just rude and unnecessary. At least acknowledge the customers and apologize or explain why you needed to close down so early. It's really simple.
