I never choose subway as somewhere to eat, I only went there today to redeem a $15 gift card. There was an issue on the app not allowing me to pay with the gift card at the register. At first I was confused because there’s funds available. The cashier behind the counter then starts getting rude towards me acting as if I don’t have money or like I’m there to commit a crime. He takes the sandwich from me and puts it behind him. I asked if there was a way to at least get back the three dollars taken from the first gift card and he started getting defensive saying it wasn’t his fault but the apps. That I understand I never once said it was his fault or anything for that matter, I even empathized with him and his manager that I understand how apps can mess up. The manager came by and tried to make it right. Offering solutions. The only solution I could think of was to order through the app and do it like that. Either way they wouldn’t lose money so I order through the app and even stated on the notes that I was just there with my service dog and that I was just picking up the exact same sandwich. I go in and the manager was on her lunch break but still friendly. I go up to where I see the receipt sitting where the guy was preparing my sandwich then met with him scolding me about wasting food and how “we lost money” like he owns the subway. That was my breaking point with them. That’s when I unfortunately started to cry out of anger. Because why would I want to steal? Or why would I go to a store without money? I didn’t want to use MY OWN MONEY on a place that treats me like that! That’s why I insisted on using the gift card so I have no reason to come back here in the future. Who ever owns this location please train your staff better.

Meats looked dry veggies looked soggy tomatoes were all smushed and cucumbers were transparent avocado was black I gave it a try and did not taste good at all 12pm I asked if they had broccoli soup they said they were out looked like they didn’t make any at all container was clean $17 not worth it
