I dont normally leave bad reviews but today a young worker took my order at 12:30pm .. mind you inl was waiting for a good 10 minutes for them to take my order since she had online orders. When I'm finally about to pay she tells me they don't take gift cards because they're store was broken into the day before I asked her okay can I place it as an online order. She stated no. Informed her why didn't she say anything prior to me waiting, her exact words were well I didn't know you were going to pay with a gift card. I'm sorry but customer service you should greet and inform all your customers as they walk in if your having any technical issues in taking card or gift cards prior to having them wait. This play is so unprofessional and they need proper training for their employees.

Went inside an ordered my usual, 6 inch black forest ham sandwich, cut in half, with black olives, pickles, lettuce and mayo on the side. Raul, took care of my order. He was very nice, and friendly. I loved his personality. This is my go to Subway, from now on. I highly recommend you guys to stop by. You will not regret it. I hope see him, on my next visit. đ

Found a hair at the bottom of my sandwich, I moved it to the side but ended up throwing up the sandwich because of how disgusted I was :(. I tried calling and calling but no one answered. The workers werenât wearing hair nets eitherâŠ.

i was denied a sandwich because they were supposedly âclosedâ even though we could open the door with one other customer in there. it was 10 minutes before closing. is it really that hard to make one more sandwich?
