Worst place to go. The ladies were rude to me didn’t explain anything to me since I haven’t been there in years. The ladies there were just fooling around.

Thunderous Wanderer

The employees here use an absolutely pathetic amount of meat on their sandwiches, almost none at all. The sandwiches look nothing like the pictures.

Please, hire people who pays attention to their customers, both ladies were fooling around and didn't get the orders right. While I was waiting to order, one customer left without paying and another didn't get what she asked for. At the moment when it was my turn, some guys came in and one of the ladies who was getting my order just kept looking at the guys with drooling eyes and wasn't paying attention on what I was saying, so I got mad and left.

After reading the reviews I understand now why my experience was horrible. My daughter and I stopped by to grab a few sandwiches on the way home and the lady that helped us was new and pretty nice but I noticed the meat looked old but couldn't really tell through the glass because of all the sticker on the glass. Once I got my sandwiches I immediately checked it and sure enough the meat was old I told the young man (Adam I believe) that my meat was old he said it was supposed to look like that and did I want him to toast it? I told him no and I didn't feel comfortable eating it I would like my money back he then went on to explain that they can not give me a defund and take the sandwiches back I left clearly upset as there were no managers on site to speak with. I went to the subway down the street and showed them the sandwich and asked if this is how the meat is supposed to look and immediately they said no you can't eat that you will get sick. I had them make me the exact sandwich I went back to this subway and showed them the difference and they said well we have to call the manager to give you a refund. 2 hours later I was refunded my 8.50. Yes it was only 8.50 that's not the point the point was they are serving BAD food

After a doctors appointment my grand-daughter wanted a Subway sandwich. it was about 2:45pm and we found this location which was next to a Baskin Robbins. We walked in and was greeted by a female employee. My grand-daughter asked for a #10 and was immediately told by the employee she could not make any changes to the sandwich. It would be prepared as it was listed on the description. I mentioned I had never been at a Subway that didn't make a sandwich the way a customer wanted it especially if they are paying for it. She was very rude and I told my grand-daughter will go to another Subway. As we were walking out she says, "People are so greedy." I didn't bother asking her to repeat what she said and walked out. We ended up going to a Subway on Brookhurst and La Palma who made our sandwiches the way we wanted it. They were more friendly too. I will not recommend this Subway at the Anaheim Plaza.

Went and ordered a sub. First off the ppl behind me were moving along much faster than my sandwich, so naturally I kinda got moved towards the register section although my sandwich was still lagging. That’s totally fine. Before I could tell the lady no thank you on the lettuce that visibly looked old, she had began putting it on there. I nicely asked for spinach instead. She did not respond to me, only looked at her coworker and picked up the lettuce and threw it off the sandwich. Very rude. Anyway, went on making the sandwich and didn’t ask if I wanted anything additional as they always do at subway. Luckily, the person who rang me up was nice and polite, but respectfully, I laughed at that tip option that pops up when you pay. Ridiculous.

Small, average place, very average food. I have a feeling that Sub has less flavor, or others have tastier food. After leaving Suba, I had a feeling of fullness in my stomach again without pleasure. The soda was better than the food, I am sorry.

Not allowed to add any extra toppings on the all american club? Eaten at subways all over orange county due to work and never had this problem. Staff just seems lazy. No wonder traffic was at an all time low during lunch time
