Ordered two subs here and when I asked for a little more spinach the sandwich maker said "no". I then asked if she was the manager and she said "yes", which I'm doubtful of. Two other customers were there and left when they saw what happened. Have contacted subway complaint and will update when/if they respond.

I swear they burly put any cheese or veggies in my sandwich. Super stingy with ingredients horrible I do Not recommend this location. I literally felt like all I ate was bread. Will not come back to this location.

So I made a mistake and placed an online order here rather than one of the other subways nearby and as I called the store to let them know I wouldn't be coming by to pick it up, they answered very rudely and I asked if a refund or anything was possible. They said no because it was already made and to be fair, it was my mistake so I wasn't mad so I told them okay, then just reuse my sandwich or toss it or whatever they do with mistakes and after that, they just hung up while I was still saying something to them, I really can't recommend a store like this if they treat online/phone customers like this, they might just treat you in store worse honestly. Just go to one of the two subways nearby instead.

This is the worst subway ever I ordered two sandwiches and had a coupon first off you can't even understand the lady ( this is why you need fluent English speaking people) and after when I tried to give the coupon she didn't want to take it saying it wasnt valid on the sandwich which it says in clear print any sandwich except the boss, monster and garlic roast beef which I don't get any of those . Why put coupons in the mail if they're not gonna honor it . Corporate needs to do a check up

There are 2 subways not that far from this one and they have better service. This one closes 25 minutes early but leaves the open sign on and pretty much tells you to go away

They definitely did not make it correctly to order, not even toasted and were the skimpiest Subs we’ve ever seen. Never seen subway fail at all but this was terrible.
I normally don’t complain, but when i take a bite of my sandwich and all I get is mayo and bread, then this merits a bad review. Please, train your employees to make sandwiches.

It wasn't that busy. Showed up 5 mins after the ready time. Order wasn't on the rack. The guy then pulled up the order and started making it. Said it was going to be a couple minutes. I sat down and waited, another customer walks in and he starts helping them first. I had ordered two sandwiches, and halfway I see them moving the ingredients from one bread to the other.I won't be back.

I had the most disappointing experience with an online order from this Subway restaurant. I placed an order at 5:55pm for 8 footlongs and it took them until 7:00pm to complete it. The guy even called me directly 5 min after placing the order to confirm the order for 8 footlongs. My mom arrived at 6:25 to an empty store and they still had not started making the sandwiches. He told my mom they would be finished at 7. I didn't realize it took 10 min to make each sandwich. My mom waited in her car and finally got her sandwiches at 7. The worker shoved all 8 sandwiches in one bag squishing them. My mom asked the worker if she could get an extra bag and was told in a snarky way "that will be $10." TEN DOLLARS for a plastic bag?! The manager overheard and came and gave us a bag. To top it off, they skimped on ingredients. When I got home and opened the veggie sandwiches that had 2 slices of cheese for the whole footlong. All ingredients were either lacking or missing.Their incompetence and lack of customer service are truly astonishing. I would never recommend placing an online order with this location. Avoid at all costs! The employees showed a complete lack of professionalism, with terrible attitudes and snarky remarks throughout my mom's interaction with them. Corporate needs to take action against this location.
