Just finished work stopped in and got an order if nacho fries and chicken strips big mistake these people just throw anything in the bag fries were cold and limp and none over 1inch long 2 ugly looking chicken strips burnt and dry as a bone absolutely rubbish a waste of 8. 58 so much for pushing that they sell chicken its inedible

Always always can I count on this taco bell to make the food amazing and have great customer service! Since I moved literally every taco bell around me the food is so bad its insane. This one puts them all to shame and any time I'm in the area I always go here.

The staff here is the absolute worst. They need to work on their etiquette and their hygiene. Locking the restroom is a predatory practice. How can I order when Im overwhelmed by their rudeness and aggressive business practices do not come here
I don't know if it was a joke, but I ordered 4 sides and a cold brew. And they gave me a small container and said that everything I had ordered was inside. I decided that for $11 it wasn't worth that and canceled the order. The very rude cashier yelled at me "RELAX!!!" when I was explaining everything to him. I placed a new order and it continued to be mistreated. Her name according to the Supervisor is MARISOL

I went to drive through on August 15 2024 2:58pm. And the person helping me out through the drive thru has a terrible attitude. And when I went to get my order she's giving me different drink. So I corrected her and gave me the right order. She she closed the windows door without saying sorry or anything. I will never go back to this store again.

When my nephews kids go to Knotts I'll either drop them off Taco bell or pick them up and take them to my house for a great taco bell lunch with additional fruit and ice cream...its summer! I love to make it fun for the kids!
