First, the car in front of me died in the drive-through. Then they only do kiosk ordering with limited customization/clarification options. And more expensive than a typical Taco Bell.

A little slow for fast food. It appears they were getting other orders ready while I waited it seemed like at least 5 minutes for one taco. They did apologize for the wait though.

Horrible location. My order is always incorrect or items are forgotten. Customer service is horrible. Food portions are way too low for the price. Usually cold. The drive thru line is too tight. If you're forth in line, you block anyone from leaving a parking spot or leaving the drive thru exit. This has been a horrible location for YEARS

Horrible I was craving Taco Bell and want to get food before a 10 hour shift but the Manager keep call someone to help and when I ask for to change her gloves her n the cashier laughed like wtf never again!!! I really don't want to put a star tbh

They got my order wrong and also didn't give me all my items. I had to go inside the location TWICE and my food was cold by the time I got it home (1.5 miles away). All I got was a 'sorry' and 'have a good night' while the new guy and manager were snickering in the back. I overheard the manager jokingly say 'you gotta pay attention.' I was given 3 crunchy tacos instead of 2 chalupas. That is just plain ignorance, not attention. This location has been horrible for YEARS. I stopped going here because of how horrible they were but decided to go back since I moved closer to it. I would rather drive twice as far for GOOD service then ever go back here again.

Don’t waste your time ordering here. Taco Bell forces you to use their app for “online exclusive” but the food is never placed in the pick up box. Waited 7-10 minutes with someone constantly telling me they’ll help me in a second. Ended up getting my food which was already made and waiting for me but cold and soggy.Sauce packets are never in the bins and you have to wait additional time to get those as well.
Mediocre at best. Food was cold....blah! Very sloppily put together and quite greasy. Only edible because we were starving!
