Today I had the worst experience in the world at this location. I do not recommend going to this location in particular as it ruins the experience of the chain. They burned my tortilla, they didn't give me napkins, and on top of that, they gave me the wrong drink. Sadly, the worst experience today.

placed an order an hour before close then arrived at 12:20 so they could work on it. arrived to an automated message stating they were closed so i parked and tried to cancel the order on the app when a different customer appeared and the girl decided they wanted to serve him. workers clearly tried closing early and were upset over late orders. all of a sudden my order appeared after i skipped the mic and waited directly behind the other guy to cancel the order. she told me she couldn’t give me a refund or cancel it because of two separate systems. like just mark it as a no show ? i’ve worked dto before.

The employees are super slow and rude , you have to ask for napkins they won't give you more then 6 sauces no matter how big the order. And they ALWAYS OPEN AN HOUR LATE. But unfortunately it's the only one in my area.

Walked in. Saw employee standing on chair with shoes to fix menu on wall. Yuck.Their small size Pepsi is 2.79 and large size 2.99. Who on earth came up with this? Basically Taco Bell is forcing one-size fit all drink on all of us so we have to cough up 3 bucks for a drink. Took a Doritos Loco Taco and drink. Cost 7+ bucks. Half of it in ice filled flat soda costing 3 bucks.Might as well throw money at water or eat at home.
