Costumer service was super bad and the manager was super rude. I got one of their mango peach agua refresca and it was too watery as if they barely put any syrup in it. So I ask if they can add another pump of syrup he said no and that I have to pay and I agreed. But then he changed his words and he said if I want I can pay another one.

I bought four Taco's,two as a treat for a Lyft driver. The taco's were soggy,falling apart. Uneatable sadly 😕. Reminds me of getting severe food poisoning from Taco Bell in latter 90,s . Extremely ill. Hard earned money into the trash 🗑️. Boo !!!! Trick was on me. Drive thru. @1330 on 10/29/2025

I drove thru, gave a simple order which included a burrito with 'NO sour cream', and that was printed accurately on my receipt. Got home, and the burrito was full of sour cream. I'm done with this location.

Today I had the worst experience in the world at this location. I do not recommend going to this location in particular as it ruins the experience of the chain. They burned my tortilla, they didn't give me napkins, and on top of that, they gave me the wrong drink. Sadly, the worst experience today.

placed an order an hour before close then arrived at 12:20 so they could work on it. arrived to an automated message stating they were closed so i parked and tried to cancel the order on the app when a different customer appeared and the girl decided they wanted to serve him. workers clearly tried closing early and were upset over late orders. all of a sudden my order appeared after i skipped the mic and waited directly behind the other guy to cancel the order. she told me she couldn’t give me a refund or cancel it because of two separate systems. like just mark it as a no show ? i’ve worked dto before.
The food was cold however they have a great customer service.

The employees are super slow and rude , you have to ask for napkins they won't give you more then 6 sauces no matter how big the order. And they ALWAYS OPEN AN HOUR LATE. But unfortunately it's the only one in my area.
