Honestly, not good in my opinion, I found them on Instagram and they said they had good Menudo. At first the order was for pick up and when I got to work to eat it I had NO spoon and even less condiments. When the lady called she told me that I had to grab them from the bar where all the condiments were (pure mistakes) so they can tell you, don't forget to bring your condiments. And the truth is, it's not good, the Menudo needs more flavor but anyway. I don't recommend it!!

This place is a great spot for both locals and tourists. It has been renovated, and it looks much better and more inviting. From the customer service to the food and the cleanliness of the restroom, it exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this place, especially the carnitas and birria. The decor inside is remarkable.
Parking: There is plenty of parking and also a good amount of parking for handicapped.

OMG! I think I have a problem. I'm addicted to these things. It is literally culinary crack. I cannot stop eating these Al Pastor tacos. Today I've ventured out and tried the carne asada again. First bite was delicious, but when I added his spicy red sauce - the thing disappeared before I was consciously aware. I have a problem. I need to go to TA: Tacos Anonymous.

Wow, This place is amazing from walking it to walking out I had a great experience, the food was really good I had some carnitas tacos , birria , tacos they were really good , their salsa are very tasty full of flavor and the perfect spice for everyone, my favorite was the habanero one, also there chiles gueros are perfect. They have amazing wall ART on there walls, like narco corrido Artis Chalino Sánchez , Jenny Rivera and more . They do say best food is hole in the wall spots .

A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE:
Today, Sunday, July 28, 2024. I woke up looking forward to a delicious Menudo and a good birria. I arrived at Tacos Shakas. I ordered my food and went to sit down but immediately a BAD SIGN all the tables were dirty and sticky, I asked them to clean them. I went to pick up the food and another surprise, all the food was cold, it was only lukewarm, the Menudo with a layer of cold fat and with a not very pleasant flavor, I tried the Birria and it was just as cold with thick fat and a not very pleasant flavor . Warm beans and cheese soup. And the rice was cold and looked like it was the day before. When I tasted the food my hunger immediately went away.
The only good thing is that the Manager was very kind and reimbursed me for part of the cost of the food.
Rule of a good Chef, do not serve what you would not eat.
Thank you Raza and Happy day. Today was not my day but tomorrow will be a new day.
