There I went for meat and pork rinds and the meats are the worst, no bolberia, they are never reheated like three days ago ??? I had to throw it away, what a bad experience

I was excited to try this place, with my hopes high in satisfying my taco craving, buuuuut,... I ordered 2 al pastor tacos, 2 asada tacos and an asada torta. The asada tacos were okay, but everything was soggy and didn't have much flavor. The Torta didn't hardly have any meat. I won't be coming back. Plus, they tried to short me 2 tacos.

1⁰ They advertise as a place where there is carnitas every day and it is not true2⁰ the treatment leaves a lot to be desired; They give priority to other things in the kitchen to attend to when one arrives3⁰ When they served us the tacos and I put sauce on my taco, a huge hair came out in the sauce and I gave it to the person who was at the checkout with the sauce ladle, I just took it out of the ladle and told the person in the kitchenAnd the kitchen guy says: and whose hair was it? Well, who knows and they started laughing. They didn't even go out for the sauce bucket even if it was to mislead ??3⁰ I ask them when there was meat and they say: well yes they bring us on Saturday if not well during the week when they bring meat!!!And the huge sign on the door: MEATS EVERY DAY ?♀️?

Everything is good!! But they need to do more of the green cream salsa because is one of my main reasons to come to this restaurant and eat my birria tacos with the amazing salsa!Today is 12.18.23 at @ 7:25 pm and there is no more salsa and is so sad because I drive around 20 min just to come here and eat my birria tacos!Hopefully in the future they do more salsa for the day!
Honestly one of the greatest resultants i have even been too. I usually really picky about Mexican food because I am Mexican, but this restaurant really hit the spot for me and my family. The service was also amazing as they were super welcoming and just made it an amazing environment.

Their tacos Al pastor aren't fully cooked. Their cucumber agua fresca is all watered down. No flavor at all. It was 10:30 am and they had already ran out of carnitas, radish and cucumbers. I do not recommend this place.

We ordered the menudo and a quesadilla de lengua. The menudo had zero flavor and a very light color. There wasn't any hominy in the menudo. It seems like the cooking process for the menudo is rushed since they make it every day and they don't add enough spices or chiles. The quesadilla was okay but nothing spectacular. I was excited to try this place out but it was a disappointment. I do think they need a heavier hand when seasoning and let it cook longer and slower.

I've been living around the corner from this place, found them on instagram. Gave it a shot and big disappointment didn't like there Menudo. Don't spend $14 on this nasty menudo. (Sin color y no puedes masticar el menudo) tortillas todas quebradas. I'm gonna stick with Mondragon Menudo.
