No longer TaiTea - this place is now taken over as Cha2Cha. I was initially confused until I walked in and saw the TaiTea fabric divider as the only remnant of what used to be here. I was a little disappointed, however the staff was very nice. Service was a bit slow, and I found the drinks to be ok, but to be fair, I think they’re just getting their footing at this location. It seems the intent here will be to offer more Vietnamese “street snacks” (Chả - as in the commonly fried or steamed pork or fish pâté) alongside cha/tea. It looks like they already have an established business making chả as Cha54/Cha54day, so if I come back, it’ll be to try that next time!

I truly wish I spent my money elsewhere. Before I get into the quality of the drinks, it is extremely irritating to find out that 2 of 3 drinks were not sealed correctly and spilled into the plastic bag. My order was a jasmine milk tea with aloe vera and by God I hope I don't get food poisoning. The milk tea was literally just colored water with a hint of flavor. It was also only a solid color once I mix the drink. And the aloe vera was sour? I don't even understand how that is possible. Aloe vera has a bittery taste so the only possible explanation is that it was spoiled. It tasted absolutely disgusting. I don't understand how a drink can be this bad. I am extremely upset and wish I did not order from this location.

Cold brew was nicely done ,but a bit strong . Had their brunch/lunch menus and it was a lot better than expected . Everything is hand made and freshly baked in their own store!!! Very healthy and good to stop by when In need for a stop by or a much or on the way .

Decided to try this place with my partner. This place has amazing selections as well as reasonable prices. The Hokkaido milk tea was delicious and has a nice after taste. The Taro milk tea has a great taste, not too sweet which makes it tastier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend going here, even if its your first time for Thai/Milk teas.

Wasnt the best boba. The Thai tea I got wasn't great either. It tasted too artificial and the boba did as well. My husband got the matcha drink and it tasted too powdery. Not the best spot for teas and boba

This is a hidden gem! Love the service and love the flavors of their teas! They even have the really big cups which I love!!

Having had a lot a lot of boba from many places, I have to say that the boba texture here was among the best I've had. It was soft but chewy, and worked well in both a normal drink and a slushy.

This place has a ton of flavors! I got the thai green tea, it was delicious! And although there was only 1 person working, the service was quick. Perfect amount of sweetness, tastes really nice compared to other places. Tastes very authentic.sugar sweetness recommendation: 100%

Not sure why they post hours stating they open daily at 11am if they won't actually open at that time

I ordered the green Thai tea since it was highly recommended. It wasn't amazing, but definitely not bad. I would recommend getting it more than 50% sweet so that it enhances the flavor of the tea. However, I can't say this spot makes the best green Thai tea.

Good to see that they had my go to Oolong Milk Tea. Pretty consistent taste across all the Boba Tea shops I've come across. One thing, couldn't figure out why they were blending it until I got it. You can see from the pic after the foam from the blending. Substantial amount was just air like a bag of chips.

Bought some signature bottles back in 2019 because there was a lifetime refill of $1.95 if you bring back the bottle. Complete lies. Came back today and they said they changed owner and won't honor that promotion.....and they were trying to get me to buy a new bottle for another promotion. Seriously? Even if there's a new owner, if you buy the business, you're buying the current business past promotion. Hence, you're trying to keep their name and get their current business. If not, then changed the name of the store. I haven't been to any places that bought the business and won't honor what that business had before. Tip: Don't buy any of their promotion because this place have many throughout the year and owners changes so apparently new owners don't honor old promotion. I know they recently did a similar promotion with buying bottles as well, don't do it because if there's a new owner again, the promotion might not be honored.

I love Tai Tea! My favorite is the Ice Milk 6 which is the brown sugar milk tea! I always get it without boba though cause I just want to enjoy the whole drink, another fave is all of their Oreo drinks! Idk why I'm reviewing this place just now, I honestly order at least once a week here. I tried ordering both online yelp and in person, I like how they prepare the drinks first and finishes it with ice and covering it when you get there, that way it's still fresh and not just sitting at the counter. They have Five Stars app too so ordering in person is great as well to accumulate points (I always get a free any size upgrade here bec of it, hence the giant milk tea you see in this review). Oh, they also have the best tasting popcorn chicken :) I just wish they have a better sauce. Overall, I recommend it here!
