The service is horrible. They refused to light the kindle for 3 years old baby birthday cake. Actually the waiter wanted to do but another one maybe manager banned to do that which is non sense. It was just a birthday cake that had to be a n for 5 sec.
She destroyed all the positive feelings we had at disneyland hotel

I ate here a year ago and things have really changed for the worse. The service was horrible, I think they maybe did not have enough help so we did not say anything to the waitress. For the prices you pay you do not even get a glass cup. The food was served on what looked like kid food trays. The food was not hot when it was served and looked like frozen food heated up quickly. It was so horrible I looked for a place to give some feedback. Cool atmosphere but not worth eating here. What a let down for my daughter’s fifteen birthday.

I ordered four mai tais for $22 a drink. No rum in the drinks. I asked for shots of rum to add to our drinks... Then I asked for shots of rum because the drinks had no alcohol. The bartender said I couldn't do that. I said couldn't do what??? Safe to say $22 per Mai Tai and then $60 in extra rum. Not mention a two hour wait time...

Atmosphere- 5 stars- What can I say! In the middle of the Disneyland Resort with views of tropical gardens, tiki torches and the pool- just awesome!!

Service- extremely friendly cast members!! Very helpful with ordering ideas. It’s basically counter service or online ordering but they bring everything to your table. They roam around making sure you don’t need anything and take away your empty trays- plates.

Food- Prices can be high but this is to be expected however you can order from the kids menu which is a lot better pricing. These meals include a drink- unlimited soda refills. We got a kids cheeseburger meal and a kids teriyaki chicken bowl and both were really good. We also got an order of pork gyoza - very good as well.

We loved this place!!!

Cannot even believe how much Disney has raised their food game since I first started coming to the park in 2012. Tangaroa a fine example. Ordered the famous pupu platter and it was a cut above. The string beans with Panko crust were fresh and crisp, with a delicious aïoli dipping sauce. Classic macaroni salad also very fresh (and that's the sort of food where you can really tell when it isn't). Best of all were the gyoza. We've all had gyoza 1,000,001 times, right? but these were memorable. I think there was bonito incorporated with the dough somehow. Staying on theme I had a cocktail with Dole Whip and coconut rum. Does that sound too sweet? It wasn't, though! Note: we could not get a reservation but easily walked up and got a table just after 4 PM. This is a good strategy for Disney dining: lunch at 11, dinner at 4. If you're rising early for rope drop, it works.

Dietary restrictions: My dining companion is gluten-free and I believe she had the salmon.

We had dinner at this restaurant recently and went on a rainy Sunday evening. There was a wait longer than advertised. However, it was during the switch over to when groups with minors would be sat outside only so I understood why the longer wait. The rain didn’t help as the outdoor seating isn’t set up in a way to keep many tables dry. Our group of three (two adults and a teenager) was eventually put at a table truly meant for a max of two people. We barely had any space and couldn’t comfortably eat all three of us. The food was delicious and our server attentive. But it would have been better to wait for a table that could actually fit three full grown people. I would highly recommend the Tonkatsu ramen as both the wife and I had it. It was delicious. The teen had chicken strips and they were good too. We also had the pork gyoza and it was a great shareable starter. I would definitely eat here again, I would just request we sit at a larger table next time.

This is a great spot to grab breakfast without a wait. The soufflé pancakes were delicious and there was gluten free options for my sister. Staff were friendly and there were nice places to sit.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options for my sister with celiacs, Disney always does a good job with dietary restrictions.

This is a great grab and go spot if you're looking for something more casual. The selections were a bit minimal, but the food overall was very good. It's a great atmosphere and the cast members were very friendly and helpful.

This place is the pure definition of a tourist trap. The food taste like bad frozen food. It taste like they serve frozen TV dinnners from the 80’s. I mean for all the money Disney make you would think they could at least serve some type of nutritious food at there restaurants. Even the Mac salad is horrible. The employees are very nice they have been brainwashed to perfection by the corporate monster Disney has turned into. Boy would Walt be ashamed of what they have done with his once called Happiest Place on earth which should now be known as the most expensive for the worst quality place on earth. If you’re here from out of town on vacation please do yourself a favor and use a food delivery or venture out and support a small local business.
