Atmosphere- 5 stars- What can I say! In the middle of the Disneyland Resort with views of tropical gardens, tiki torches and the pool- just awesome!!
Service- extremely friendly cast members!! Very helpful with ordering ideas. It’s basically counter service or online ordering but they bring everything to your table. They roam around making sure you don’t need anything and take away your empty trays- plates.

Cannot even believe how much Disney has raised their food game since I first started coming to the park in 2012. Tangaroa a fine example. Ordered the famous pupu platter and it was a cut above. The string beans with Panko crust were fresh and crisp, with a delicious aïoli dipping sauce. Classic macaroni salad also very fresh (and that's the sort of food where you can really tell when it isn't). Best of all were the gyoza. We've all had gyoza 1,000,001 times, right?...
