I feel back in el rancho when I visit, food is so comforting. Ive been going to the original in Huntington Beach for over 20 years I think and recently been going to the Anaheim location.

I went to eat with family and ordered some super terrible nachos, the cheese not even It was melted and the roast meat needed to be cooked, it was raw. When I told the man, he got upset and told me that he knew what he was doing, why argue with someone like that, I just left the plate and walked away. Customer service is something they don't have here.

Terrible place to come. I ordered a menudo and when I commented that it stank and tasted weird, he complained that he made it daily but the meat tasted old and overcooked. He didn't want to change it for anything and was offended when I told him my point of view. Besides, he kept looking at me the whole time while my family finished eating and I felt harassed.

The food Is horrible, the lady was making my tacos with her bare hands no gloves. The owner sits there and watches you eat. I paid $44 for 5 tacos with rice and beans and 1 water. STAY AWAY- there is way better options. The meat is horrible, chewy and has a bunch of fat.
