I wanted to express my recent experience in your location since I am very distant, I am not a very frequent customer, but every month I like to order the tacos and they are very good, that is why I give 5 stars to the food and the atmosphere, but at the same time very bad service today 8/23/24 at 5:15 I had the worst experience in a restaurant with an employee I don't know if he is a cashier or a manager, you can see the cameras if you have them I was wearing a blue shirt and shorts,
Well, what happened was that I ordered birria tacos because my son wanted them. I asked how many the order comes with, to which the cashier responded, "It's a la carte. He asks, 'How many do you bring?' He sarcastically said a la carte. They're individual. You order the ones you want. He was rude because of his bad attitude that left me wondering how many to ask for his response, and instead of continuing with my order he passed to the customer who was behind me that bothered me why I was the next one which obviously bothered him I asked him why are you passing someone who is behind me, he turned around and went to the back and it took about 3 or more minutes and I asked him, are you going to take my order, yes, but you have to wait, and he took the order from someone behind me again, and then he asked again. are you going to take my order? He says if you have a bad attitude, no, I told him I don't have a bad attitude, take my order, I told him what I wanted, well, after him having that bad attitude, well, I said, I won't tell him anything anymore, maybe he's having a bad day, I gave him my order and in the end, before pay him I asked him can I ask you just one question can I talk to a manager or owner what is your name, he didn't want to give me his name and he said he couldn't talk to anyone and he didn't want to sell me anymore he denied me the service, the truth is if you see I never yelled at the cameras, I didn't have a bad temper for him to deny me the service, I just expressed my dissatisfaction with the attitude he was taking, the truth is, as I expressed at the beginning, I am not a very frequent customer, with people like that there is no desire to return even if The food is delicious but just like me they can lose more customers and the restaurants keep the customers they should talk to that person so that it doesn't happen again with anyone else, in the end I didn't lose restaurants there are many and the customers go 1 where the food is delicious 2 they have good customer service, very bad experience I hope that man finds peace in his soul or finds a woman maybe that's what he's missing? or look for another job that makes him happy.

The first time there, we ordered menudo, and they only had one size. They don't have Pata. just so you know. I know you all have different tastes on Menudo, but as for myself, I didn't like it.
The service was not great. They are not friendly nor welcoming.

I went there to have breakfast with my wife and toddler but the cashier was really rude he ignored my wife order and they weren't busy just a couple in one table and a costumer leaving the place the cashier just turn around while my wife was saying her order without saying 1 min or a sec and let my wife talking alone I might think twice visiting this place with this type of aptitude
