Bad service and had a bad reaction to the drink and overpriced

Tastea continues to impress me with both the quality of its drinks and the overall customer experience. Every visit feels consistent, which is something I really value in a boba spot. The drinks are always made with care, and the ingredients taste noticeably fresh. On my most recent visit, I ordered the matcha with strawberry, and it was genuinely one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. The earthy flavor of the matcha paired surprisingly well with the sweetness of the strawberry. It was smooth, vibrant, and just the right level of sweet without being overpowering.
Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. Even during busier hours, the staff remains friendly and efficient, which really sets the tone for a positive experience. They seem to genuinely care about what they’re serving and how their customers feel. Yoselin in particular, truly did stand out. She greets every customer with a warm smile, and customers easily feel welcomed. She gave me some recommendations, as I was truly lost on what to select. She told me the menu offers a creative variety of options, from fruit teas to smoothies, which makes it easy to try something new without feeling overwhelmed.
I also appreciate how clean and organized the space is. It’s a great spot to meet up with friends, study for a bit, or just grab something to go. If you’re someone who loves well-made drinks with bold flavors and thoughtful service, I’d definitely recommend giving Tastea a try. It’s more than just a quick boba run. It’s a place you’ll want to come back to. I told Yoselin, alongside with the others who were working her shift, to have a blessed day, as they truly did bless mine. I had a very Tastea day after I left.

Ordered an iced tea and Thai milk tea during my stay for FBLA Nationals and OH MY GOSH this was good. Both the drinks were blended and flavored perfectly. If you're a big Boba fan, and are in Anaheim, try this place.

What I ordered
~ Shark Bite is good & not too overly sweet or taste the energy drink in it. Which is what i love. You can’t even notice the carbonation on the drink, the lychee has a hint to it and the strawberry. Really refreshing. ~ Green Mamba is also great. Got it for my teen son who’s playing a tennis match. Took a sip and the mango added a great touch to the drink. Along w the mango poppin boba makes the drink yummier. Has a subtle taste of the orange flavor n peel on top. Also highly recommended. These new drinks are new and good during the summer. ~ Peach Mee Sweetea is a must and usual for mee. Never disappoints and it’s so refreshing. I ask for 75% sweetness. So they add more black tea to even it out. Really good still and not too sweet. Love the small dives of peaches, mango bits in my drink.
I wish they would have Food here meaning their yummy karate Chicken aka Popcorn chicken. I keep forgetting that they don’t serve food here and keep getting bummed. hoping each time I return, they will finally get Snacks here.
Service is always great here and receive our drinks in a timely manner. Not much seatings here but located next to THH known Banh mi shop aka Asian subway sandwiches in a French baguette bun, It’s a simple boba shop and with cute neon sign decor.
Parking isn’t bad.

I've ordered online several times on this location and they always cheat me i always order x6 creme brulee and they always send me like if I order x3 or 4x really upsetting and most of stealing my money

Restroom and trash binds needs more maintenance, too gross for pics. Peach oolong tea is a hit.

I have never been to this place before so I didn’t know what to order. Girl with nose piercing rushed me thru order and seemed irritated when I asked questions. At the end I wasn’t happy with my order and I will NEVER come back here again. If she was having a bad day don’t take it out on us. Especially not knowing it was our first time l. Ugh so disappointed
Horribly rude employees; Quite disgusted with my 1st experience here. Context: I drove all the way from Aliso Viejo after an incredibly long day of work. I was excited because this place was the only OC spot open late. I showed up at 11:50pm on Friday 6/15/24 and one guy and one woman both simultaneously came around from the counter and strted walking to the doors super fast after seeing me get out of my car in a hurry to get in there. They both began locking the doors immediately JUST so I couldn’t come in, even though I was technically there before closing time. Lazy. Rude. Offensive. They couldn’t even give me the basic human decency to apologize and tell me that they’re closing early tonight. Will not be returning to give them my business. What an absolute joke of customer service!

I recently visited this charming dessert spot based on my wife's recommendation, and I'm so glad we did! We tried the Strawburst and Ooh La La desserts, and they were absolutely amazing. The flavors were exquisite, and we left very satisfied with our choices.
Despite the small seating area shared with the sandwich shop, the cozy atmosphere added to the charm of the place. The customer service was decent, and the staff made us feel welcome.
Overall, our experience was delightful, and we are already looking forward to returning. If you're a dessert lover looking for a cozy spot to satisfy your sweet tooth, this place is definitely worth a visit!
