There are ample parking spaces around this restaurant. The pan fried daikon cake is very good, so is the spicy lo mien. We have also tried shumai, bean curd roll, and preserved egg and pork porridge, which are about average. The Portuguese egg tart is very flaky and tastes pretty good!

We got there just in time before. Barely noon and so many people started arriving. Definitely delicious food. So glad I found this place read all the good comments from TikTok. It is a wait with the dishes which I didn’t mind. Definitely worth it

After hearing so much about Tasty Dim Sum, we were excited to check out their Anaheim location, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. Honestly, it’s worth the extra 20-minute drive to the original location in Chino.

When we arrived at 10:16 AM (they open at 10), the chairs were all piled up against the wall—so maybe they were just running behind, but it wasn’t a great first impression. Inside, the restaurant felt a bit run-down. The tables were sticky, and the condiments (like the soy sauce containers) looked like they'd seen better days—dried and crusted on from what seemed like a month's worth of use.

As for the food, it was very underwhelming. Two dishes we definitely do not recommend: the Steamed Shrimp Dumplings (aka Shrimp Har Gow) and the Spicy Lo Mein Noodles. The Shrimp Har Gow had a dry, cracked dough that immediately broke when lifted—nothing like the chewy texture you’d expect from a fresh, well-made dumpling. It felt like they were either frozen or premade and just reheated when ordered. The Spicy Noodles were another disappointment—$8.99 for a tiny bowl of noodles with only a few bites worth. It was more of a side dish than an entrée, and honestly, it should’ve been priced at $4.99, max. So be wary of the XO Sauce Lo Mein as well, as same.

To be fair, the place was not very busy with only a couple and a family of three inside, but the lack of attention to detail in both service and food quality made the experience less than enjoyable.

We’re glad we tried both the Anaheim and Chino locations to compare. If you’re looking for better dim sum, skip Anaheim and head to Chino. That location has a line out the door and tons of takeout orders for a reason!

The food took too long to come out. It was just us inside the restaurant and a couple that was finished eating. Food came out just warm, expected it to be steaming hot since it took so long. Bbq buns and haim sui gok was dry, just took out of the display case together with the other dimsum. Ordered pork shumai ,spareibs , chicken feet, sweet bbq bun, haim sui gok, beef tendon noodle, choy sum vegetables, bbq rice noodle. They also add the sales tax to tip if you pick the automatic percentage option. Price is expensive for the quality.

We went there to try their dim sum. Restaurant was clean, however, small. Nice room temperature. Service was quite efficient and amicable. We tried a variety of dishes. Food was excellent and was served hot. Their sweet sesame seed balls were excellent and NOT greasy! The Chinese brocolli was cooked just right with a little crunch to it.

Shrimp egg rolls were amazing. Tried multiple dumplings as well and they were all delicious. Food came quickly and was hot. There are a few different sauces to choose from at the table but the dumplings had a nice green onion-soy sauce that was delicious. They brought us a pitcher of ice water for the table.

Great there’s a dim sum place closer to my home now. Usually need to go to Garden grove area for Dim sum place. Their dumplings are yummy and decent portions. The fried shrimp roll is crunchier than I like but otherwise the rest was delicious. 😋

Intimate no-frills dim sum place. The menu and orders are placed on the phone via QR code. Extensive dim sum offerings as well as rice, noodles, and soup dishes. Taste is very good and we both left more than satisfied.

Great dim sum. The shumai doesn’t have the masago eggs on top as the picture shows and it’s almost a go to standard for shumai. Also sometimes the hot tea is not so hot. Aside from this the shrimp noodle is the best I’ve ever had at any dim sum place(I’ve been to a lot and almost consider myself a dim sum connoisseur lol). All jokes aside if you haven’t already you must try this shrimp noodle.

We heard about this place through tiktok and I think I just found my new fave dim sum place. The menu options are wonderful and the staff are quick and very sweet. Not to mention the pricing is very affordable and reasonable and portions are large.

We ordered:
- Beef noodle soup: beef was super soft and well seasoned. Super rich but not too salty taste. Egg noodles were cooked to perfection and came with more noodles than we expected.
- Chicken w/ sticky rice in lotus leaf: soooo yummy! the scent of the lotus leaf was cooked in so well and tasted amazing. The chicken inside was very flavorful but not overpowering. I LOVE that it's only chicken and mushrooms inside because some places include way too many ingredients.
- Rice roll w/ deep fried donut: the rice roll was fluffy and chewy, and the deep fried donut was crunchy and fluffy as well!
- Porridge w/ preserved egg: MY FAVORITE. I always have to try this at any dim sum place but this was hands down the best I've ever had. The broth was suuuuuper flavorful and the porridge was the perfect thickness. Lots of preserved egg inside too.
- Egg tarts: not too sweet, just the right flavor! The tart itself was fluffy and flaky, and the egg went so well with the tart.

The staff here were very kind and sweet as well. I had a great experience and can't wait to come back again!
