My favorite place for kumquat lemon iced tea with crystal boba. I love the vibe when you walk in is very peaceful and relaxing. They also use fresh fruits so you can taste it instead of too much syrup. Would recommend !

The wife and I went in there on a whim after seeing this on Instagram. We each had a drink. She had the peach black tea and I had the strawberry green tea, the drinks were very refreshing, well-made and fresh. I was impressed with their drink, so I ordered the Blue lemonade- Amazing refreshing, sparkling drink. The bahnmi mini breadsticks were good. We will definitely stop by again soon. A super cute secluded coffee + tea shop in the most unexpected place!The other reviews were not lying when they said that it is VERY easy to miss this place. I had to make a loop around and I still missed it again, haha. It is BEFORE the big shopping plaza; keep an eye out for a recycling center in a parking lot and that is where you should turn into. Other than that, they have a large parking lot that they share with a few other businesses, but it is very easy to find a spot.When you walk into the shop, you can tell that they really love their store. It is decorated super cute and homey. There is plenty of seating everywhere and outlets on every wall. They have one table near the side of the store, but you can easily work from any of their plush couches and armchairs.I can only speak on their drinks since I didn't get any food, but their House Special Milk Tea has such a classic taste! I got mine with only 50% sugar, but it taste exactly like the classic milk teas from 2000s/2010s before everything because super sweet and complicated, lol. Not only was it super smooth, but you can actually taste the black tea they use!Another winning point was their customer service. The staff took the time to answer my questions and check to make sure that I was okay with my drink! It looks like they only have 2-3 staff working at a time, but everyone was super sweet despite how busy they are. Another nice thing I noticed was that they took the time to remember repeat customers' names! And this one was just me, but one of them even helped me watch my stuff when I went to the bathroom (thanks once again)!This is a classic tea house and the perfect place to work out of. I would definitely come back again if I am in the area!Parking: Plenty of spots - they share a parking lot with a few other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap accessible parking and no steps leading to their location.

such a cute little place!! staff was so nice. I got the pate chaud and ube coffee, which were both so yum. the pastry filling tasted like dumpling filling and the outside was so crispy and flaky. the coffee was really good, and the ube foam was super thick and tasty, and it of course tasted even better mixed together!!!!

Super cute design with a feature wall, I ordered the watermelon lychee fruit tea and it was so refreshing! I love the fresh watermelon flavor and tart sweetness of the lychee! There's cozy chairs and leather sofas, the outdoor area is very inviting and relaxing with the water feature. Staff was friendly and today is Lunar New Year so where's my li xi?!

The taiyaki was okay just because it didn't taste super fresh to me. The boba taiyaki was a cool flavor to have as I've never seen it as an option before but it wasn't very filled inside. As for my Thai tea, it wasn't very sweet and I typically prefer my drink to be on the sweeter side. I ordered online and picked up so it was pretty fast service.

I was really craving Ube Coffee on my way to Disney, I am so happy I found Teascape! Although it's a little hidden in a parking lot, it was fairly easy to find. I placed my order online since they had a bogo free promo for the Thai tea. The Ube Coffee was so yummy!! It was probably the best ube foam I have had, and the coffee was delicious since it wasnt too sweet and it was perfect. The Thai tea had a very nice tea taste to it and the egg pudding was also very good. the boba was amazing as well! the inside of this place is very cute and felt relaxing. the service was very friendly as well which is a plus! i will definitely be coming back!

The atmosphere was so cozy with the welcoming seating options and board games! Ordered the Iced Milk Chocolate and the Rose Green Tea with cheese foam. They're both very delicious and a bit on the sweeter side! The Rose Green Tea is a beautiful reddish/pink and the cheese foam compliments the sweetness of the tea. The Iced Milk Chocolate is the perfect taste of chocolate without it being over milky. This is the perfect drink for chocolate lovers There's also additional toppings thag you can add like honey boba, crystal boba, lychee jelly, coffee jelly, taro pudding, egg pudding, cheese foam, or coal foam! We also got the Breadsticks 2 Pieces (grilled pork). It was warming to eat on a cold day

After visiting family near the area, I wanted to find a place to do my usual study session while enjoying a drink. Yelp led me to this place. It was a bit hard to find and not in the same area as crunch fitness, but it was right behind it in another business building that looked like it was once an apartment community. The inside was not as big as I thought it would be, but if you're looking for a cozy place to study without a big crowd coming in or getting bothered by anyone then this place is probably it. Lol. It's really tucked away. Service was normal. I decided to try their house special milk tea. I figured if its a house special they cannot screw up. Their menu says no adjustments to sweetness level, but I was asked how I like my sweetness level. I like my drinks sweet so the employee helped me decide on 100% sweetness and of course I asked for extra ice and boba. The drink came out with creme brulee swirl. The milk tea had good flavor, sweetness level was just right for me, and their boba was sweet. If the boba was a bit less hard and more chewy, it would have been perfect, but thats just me being uber picky. The drink was good overall and I would get that again.This place is definitely viet owned. The bookshelves are adorned with a handful of vietnamese books with a few books in English. Some board games are available and in terms of seating they have a few lounge chairs and a big table in the middle. Since it's a place I can see myself working for a few hours, I wish they had some light dishes or finger food beyond the breadsticks. This place makes me want some shrimp fried rice for some reason. Lol.

I should've asked for less ice, I noticed it was a lot. But it was still good when it got watered down. Server recommended it when I said I liked sweet + milk tea. Ehhhhh. I only ordered from this place through Uber Eats because they had a promo for buy one get one free on select drinks. I got the house special milk tea and the roasted oolong tea with cheese. There wasn't any option to select sweetness and that should've clued me in that it might be too sweet. However, I went ahead and added a comment for 25% sweet. Just got a chance to try the house special milk tea and it is WAY too sweet. The sweetness overpowers the flavor completely. I will admit the milk tea does have a good creaminess profile, but I can't really enjoy the drink since it's so sweet. I might have to pawn off the rest of my drinks to my coworkers which is a pity because here I thought I was getting a decent deal on boba delivered. But I'm not sure I can tolerate even finishing this one. I had to double check the sticker on the cup to make sure they got my request for 25% sweet and it definitely has it on there. I can't imagine how sweet it would be at 100%.Definitely won't be back. Sorry guys!
