Emily is the best bartender ever. The cave seems like a hole in the wall, but the family atmosphere created by the bartenders and local patrons make it a place worth spending your evenings at. If you can make it to the Cave during your stay in Anaheim, it will be worth the time invested. Ask for Emily she is by far the best human in existence, and she just so happens to work here.

Nice sized bar but needs some love. We not had 1 drink because we had a group of 8 & getting a 2nd round was not easy. The bartender ignored us & had other customers she preferred for that particular Tuesday night.

The only good thing about the cave was the bartender. She was very lovely and very sweet. That said this place is an entire crap hole. We went because we were staying across the street at a hotel adjacent to the bar and had seen it on bar rescue.sad to say that none of the things implemented by John Taffer were still in place. It was full of men that were drunk idiots. My dad and his I had three beers each. At the end of a couple of hours sitting there, listening to drunk men singing George Michael. It cost me $85. This is not a place for women. It's only a hole in the wall bar for cavemen. Update: wow Juan. I'm sorry this hurt your feelings and you felt like name calling was within your realm as a"business owner ". I am not in the habit of bashing places. And certainly not some one who doesn't like hole in the walls or people having a good time. Your place was filthy and the men there were loudly discussing getting ripped on drugs and being obnoxious. Did I mention it was filthy? Your bartenders were sweet and patient, as I said in my initial review. But your bar was a mess....... and intimidating. Don't worry, I will absolutely go somewhere else when back. My dad wanted to leave as soon as we arrived. As a semi-local to this area , unless you like loud drunk jerks, high prices and a completely clueless owner I recommend ANY of the other local bars. The bartender yelled at a women on her way in to use the bathroom saying it was "for customers only". She said she was ordering after she went pee and was allowed to pee after the bartender realized it was her friend. I reiterate......... this is NOT a female friendly bar. Even if she goes with her dad. Buck up Juan!

Quaint bar with minimalist decoration where you will be transported to the real America, the one that smells of burning tires and catnip.Some drinks are expensive and have questionable proportions of white alcohol, but the beer is excellent and much cheaper.I spent very pleasant moments in this place with many friends and the flexibility of the manager allows large groups to hold together, even hectic ones.The welcome from locals and tourists is friendly, as long as you do not belong to any cartel. We will actually explain to you how to lift the billiard table so that it works, and you will even be helped by some regulars.The toilets are almost clean.The staff doesn’t speak French, well I hope…In short, it’s the cellar, it’s not the hall of mirrors.
Best dive bar near Disneyland. Awesome people and bartenders with all the games on year round. Leilani is an amazing person and bartender that serves up smiles with every drink ?☺️
