Our waitress was awesome! She was onvtop of everything appreciate her mentioning validation for parking, thank you so much!!

Wait time is too long not only to get a table but to get your order so be sure to order some drinks appetizers or just be patient.

Who doesn't like a cheesecake factory 😋 always good that you can't go wrong 😋

Don’t bother making a reservation. Showed up 10 minutes early as they told me if I’m late they give your table away. Stood there for 40 minutes before finally getting sat.

They do not take reservations for groups of more than 6 and the attitude in this regard is quite pedantic on the part of those who serve. You don't feel welcome.

The food is mediocre at best the atmosphere is next to nothing and my families night was ruined because of being seated in a “high traffic area” where my wheelchair was supposedly in the way. It was not. The waiters had plenty of room to move around me and the argument with the manager was totally ridiculous. On top of that my niece found two dark hairs in her steak. Giving this place two stars is generous. Would never recommend this dump.

Waited 40 minutes to be seated, which was not the issue. Once seated, we were asked about beverages, and we requested the famous yummy bread. We waited about 5 minutes for our water and bread. When the waitress returned, she stated she would be back for our order.
I inquired about the size of the Rib Eye that was around $45 once she returned. She responded it was 7 - 9 ounces, which doesn't seem right. She disappeared again for about 5 minutes to ask what size it was, returning stating it was 11 ounces.
We asked for a straw, and she state oh I will be right back, and we still have not ordered. She has now walked away 3 times prior, and it seems like 5 plus minutes each time.

After waiting another 5 plus minutes, we walked out, still hadn't ordered or received a straw for the water. So, 45 minutes waiting for a table and another 20 minutes without ordering... so sad...

Anthony made us wait without name card on waitlist. We had to stand there wait more than 25mins after we got the text to be seated. Later we were seated near by restroom area. While other white ppl are being served in nice area and they went to their seat before us. Very typical racist and discriminatory actions towards people of color. I would not recommend this place.
