After going to Disneyland I walked in to grab A Slice of Cheesecake to take home and enjoy with my son after we left the restaurant and walked back to our car we realized that they did not give us any whipped cream for a cheesecake we paid $13.50 for A Slice of Cheesecake and did not even get everything we paid for. Extremely overpriced and not worth it. When I called to complain about it girl on the phone was very condescending

I ordered the steak medium well. The steak came out well done and was extremely tough. My food was also cold. There were only 4 of us at the table and we all got our food at different times. Extremely disappointed in this Cheesecake Factory.
This place deserves more than 5 stars.
I dined here on my birthday back in August and happened to leave my old ID there.. and tell you what they mailed my ID to the address on my driver's license.
This is truly a gesture of kindness and respect of me as a human. Losing your license is a very stressful experience and they could've easily tossed it in a drawer and never told me but they went out of their way- for that reason, I will love them and make sure they know it speaks volumes to their care for customers.
We had a reservation for 7pm we were told we'd get a text when the tables ready. We watched bigger parties wait a few minutes and go in. After 25 minutes wait we were seated. Waitress wasn't great. We felt a rude attitude vibe from the young girls that we dealt with working there, no customer service skills or care. Food took over 30 minutes to come out. Bathrooms were discusting. Food wasn't great and it was freezing inside (air cons need to be turned down). We had come from Wakiki before we arrived in LA and their service and food was 100 times better at yhe cheesecake factory. Wouldn't recommend or visit again.

I’ve been to the Cheesecake Factory in Anaheim several times, and the food is usually good – this time I had the Avocado Club Sandwich on both of my two visits.
However, the service experience has been very inconsistent.
Two days ago, I had an excellent experience with a blonde, curly-haired waitress who was extremely friendly and attentive. We even had a nice chat, and I truly appreciated her warm and professional service, and her kind words about „my accent“ 😀☺️
Unfortunately, the very next day was the complete opposite. The hostess ignored me while she was on the phone, and when she finally seated me, it was done with rolled eyes and just a cold “follow me.”
Later, someone delivered my food by almost (and literally) dropping the plate at the far end of the table without even making eye contact – simply saying “Club Sandwich” and walking away.
The waiter assigned to my table was polite and friendly, but overall the experience was disappointing.
It’s a shame, because the potential is there and I know Cheesecake Factory can do better – I’ve had great experiences at other locations. But consistency in service really makes the difference, and that’s where this restaurant fell short.

Everything was great except the aircon was set to arctic. Don was a fantastic server. My daughter lived the 4 cheese pasta. Validated parking too which was helpful.

So I order the shrimp Alfredo through DoorDash. It arrives, I'm excited upon opening it. I realized that there is only 6 shrimp and are not even full shrimps, for a $30 plate. I don't know if it's me or are restaurants just taking advantage of people now?
This is ridiculous.I will not be ordering from cheesecake.Factory no more.

The wait to be seated was reasonable, ~15min. While waiting, a failed inspection was posted in a window by the front door from 8/25. Once seated, the table, napkins and silverware were dirty. We asked for the table to be cleaned and clean silverware, but the busser just cleaned the table and gave us the same dirty setting. We then requested the manager to give clean dishes, was promised that they were “polishing them in the back.” Let’s just say that we walked out after finding a fork covered in ketchup.
