Great little coffee spot!! The coffee is excellent and the food is delicious. Highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee. Another great thing is that they are powder based and not syrup based!

Additionally, I dropped a yogurt outside and they game me a brand new one 🙏🏽.

Same girl as is pictured in another review. Super rude, ZERO customer service, extremely put out when she had to look up from her phone to help a paying customer.
Went in for a simple large Hot Mocha Latte. BOTH girls behind the counter were on their phones. I received a Cold Mocha. When I asked for a new drink, they gave me a Medium hot mocha latte. I paid for a large, not a medium. Worst service ever. I feel so awful for the firefighter behind me who I watched get horrible service as well. I get that it's a tourist town, but I am a local and was hoping to have this as a nice new spot to go to, but I'll just stick with Starbucks.

As an Aussie, this is as good as it gets for fresh coffee in USA (maybe too bold of a statement), unless you are in some Italian restaurant. You know what I mean.

Coffee is ok. Food is average. But the service is really awful. One nice employee at the register was calm e gentle. The barista was fast. But The one picking up pastries was on her phone constantly, and got at least 3 orders wrong. Including mine. I paid for 5 pastries and realized later when I opened my bag at the hotel that I only got 3.

They also need to organize the coffee pick up. There are no names in the bags so the cups. It becomes a mess during rush hour.

They were out of a few things- but that is probably out of their control.

Overall its a clean location. My coffee was not made correctly. I witnessed the barista top off my drink with water so I would give her a one star. My husbands beverage was made correctly. So he generously mixed ours together and we got an OK blend.

There are a few limited time parking spots behind the coffee bean. This was a concern I had before going but it wasn't a problem.
