Baristas more interested in chatting amongst each other than taking my order, then made me a terrible latte. Unusual for cb&tl, usually they are very good.

Coffee is pretty standard for coffee bean, service is slow. BUT.. parking is a nightmare!!

Waiting 20 minutes for a light roast coffee to get brewed doesnt seem ideal. If your establishment is called “The Coffee Bean”, perhaps making coffee shouldn’t be so difficult

I got the dry iced brown sugar latte! It was delightful. Very busy morning in there, but the staff were incredibly friendly. First time visitor, would definitely go back again!

Amazing dark chocolate latte. I went here almost every day after trying it.

The cashier on May 7 around 10 is so rude. They don't greet costumers, they don't even say thank you at the end. Like they're being enslaved to work there or their manager hates everyone there.

Great spot. I love The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, so it was a wonderful surprise to find one very near the Anaheim Convention Center. It's just a 2 minute walk from the Arena, up Katella Blvd. Coffee is excellent as usual. Had a Hazelnut Latte. Delicious. No ice blended mocha for me today. Maybe next time. This is a great stop for a drink and food before heading to Disneyland or the convention center.

Awesome location. Super friendly team of people that work there too. Kudos to the hiring... And awesome Cold Brew

Pretty good spot. I had chai latte. It's weird, but only 2 other guests were inside. I assume they get busy during the daytime.

They do so well getting through long lines and cranking out the coffees. It’s a well oiled machine that does its job really well.

The coffee is good, but the staff seems miserable &/or not kind. I visited today around 2:30 PM when I walked in I was just stared at like there was something wrong with me and then asked if I had a pick up order… No “hi, how are you? Or “How can I help?” Just “are you here for a pickup order” I’m like 👀 “no but I would like to order”

I went to the restroom after ordering and when I came out, I noticed a new cup of coffee had been made and was sitting next to all of the other pick up orders so I just simply walked up, looked at it to see if there was a name on it… Nobody said anything to me as I did this and there were two staff standing right in front of me… I asked, as one of the girl was walking away, “is this mine” she said was “yes” as she continued to walk in the back without even turning around to look at me.

I replied back thanking her and also said “have a good day” as I proceeded to walk out. To which again, no acknowledgment or reply whatsoever from the remaining staff standing up front.

I get it, the city is on fire, trust me I know! I had to evacuate…

That’s why I am here in Anaheim…

Just the lack of pure acknowledgment in any capacity was kind of sad. If this was my establishment, I would absolutely have a conversation with the staff about their customer service skills….

Know this coffee shop from LAX. Stopped by one morning. Had a flat white and an iced latte. Drinks were very good. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Great little coffee spot!! The coffee is excellent and the food is delicious. Highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee. Another great thing is that they are powder based and not syrup based!

Additionally, I dropped a yogurt outside and they game me a brand new one 🙏🏽.

Staff are fantastic.
