we weren't aware or had never previously done a search for a coffee bean nearby disneyland but we were extremely pleased and excited to find this one so close. it's definitely going to become our new stop before visiting for the early morning or afternoon disneyland family outings. we ordered 2 iced coffees and 3 pastries to go on our last visit and we were on our way fairly quickly. HEADS UP, it was extremely difficult to find parking so for future visits we'll be sure to pre order on the app and do a quick grab and go.

I understand showing up at 8 when the store closes at 8:30 can be inconvenient for workers. But why advertise store hours when it’s not being abided?My family and I would have enjoyed ending our night at the Coffee Bean.We tried scanning the store seeing if anyone was around. One of the workers came out and unlocked the door, stepped out. We thought maybe it was to allow us in, but it was just her stepping out and locking it again.Have the hours reflect actual opening/closing times.

This team is so fast and so efficient . Long line / super busy but it moves so fast and the drinks are ready in no time. If there is no online ordering it’s because of in person linesLarge outdoor patio too!

Dirty floors, no greetings. I had mobile order to pick up and a lady in front of me just touched mine and sipped. I was so upset. She said sorry yaddi yadda, but sorry for who? She said sorry to the employee, and never to me. Dude! You looked into my eyes when you were sipping! It was so obvious that everyone engaged at the scene knew that order was mine, who was waiting right behind. There was no one who cares about ‘picking up’. Literally anyone who didn’t order can pick up. No one is watching. Check your name on the label when picking up and ask customers if the order is under the correct name Coffee Bean!

I and my family are Muslims who practice IslamWhen I walked in there was two covered women who were arguing with the cashier because they were serving other people who ordered after them. the staff were not providing the two Muslims women their order.my mom is covered women as well, the cashier refused to take my order and she kept stating that she is busy with other orders and refused to take my order, and when I asked her for her name she kept refusing to provide her name or to take my order and she kept saying that she is busy over and over again for about 10 minutes, so I asked for the manager name or contact info, and she kept refusing.She was racist and unprofessional and she wasn’t wearing her name tag, I advise all Muslims to don’t go to this location since simply the make your experience miserable.

Should've known coming at lunch time I would've have that many options for food T-T I got a Vietnamese Latte Cold Brew and a Turkey Pesto Sandwich! The cold brew was exactly like described and was soo refreshing. If you like Vietnamese coffee and cold brew, get this combo. I almost finished it in one sitting! I also got the sandwich warmed up and there was enough of everything in there from cheese, veggies, and the turkey. I wish I knew that the parking spots would be taken up so I had to park in the garage and paid $5 for the time I was there. Not sure if it was possible to get validated, but someone try and let me know!

Their coffee and tea are nice. Sandwiches and Toasts are quite enough for a delicious breakfast, and their prices are affordable.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Coffee Bean. Except for the guy at the cash register, the rest of the staff needs proper training. The lady who claimed to be a supervisor was the worst. Her behavior was unprofessional, and she treated the customers very poorly.I tried a blended drink for the first time, and it made me feel sick. When I politely asked her to remake it or give me a refund, she refused and displayed a bad attitude. I would have even accepted a refund and left, but she didn't offer.Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I hope they recruit more staff who know how to handle customers better. Furthermore, they need help with cleaning the tables and disposing of trash. I have attached some photos, and you can see that the lady who gave me poor service has multicolored hair.Coffee Bean, please train your staff in customer service or hire employees who understand it. What happened to your customer service? You can't even call the corporate office. It's way past the pandemic, and at least with Starbucks, you can get ahold of someone and give feedback on good or bad service. Coffee Bean has gone downhill, and that's really sad. The staff doesn't care because they say they're all managers when they're not, and they know there's no way to call corporate, so they can get away with anything and be mean. It's just like your local coffee house. Nobody cares anymore, and that's very disappointing. Please hire people who care or just fire everyone.

I stopped by Coffe bean this morning, the cashier girl was rude. After ordering my drink i had to remind the about mine because they got to busy making other people orders who ordered after me. She still made my drink wrong. Second time this happens.
