Never order from this location. We did a birthday online order two days ago drove through 30 minutes of traffic to get here only to find out half the cookies were not available. Nobody had the decency to call us to let us know. They can’t even refund me for 3 to 5 business days and they wouldn’t even make good offer anything up for the inconvenience and poor customer service. Really bad attitude, horrible atmosphere please avoid at all costs.

Regarding your reply - I asked your cashier & manager for some sort of make-good - and they said sorry there is nothing we can do. So I have no reason to call or email you directly as you had and have no intention to make this error right. This review was for anyone thinking of ordering online from you & knowing the type of poor customer service and support you offer. You have no business being in business.

I recently visited Cookie plug and I have to say their cookies are absolutely delicious. Each cookie was perfectly baked - crisp on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside. What stood me out was the variety. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Cookie Plug to anyone with a sweet tooth! I'll definitely be coming back for more.

It was my first time in California and if you haven’t been to the Cookie Plug…. You are truly missing out! My word, they have an excellent selection of large cookies and I home took a few packs of the also soft and delicious miniature versions of the cookies.

Thereafter I greatly enjoyed the mini Cookies back home in Chicago, I kept the nifty tubes they came in just because of the fire aesthetic!

The Cookie Plug is a low key (it’s kinda hidden under another store, but you’ll see the signs don’t give up if you’re headed there) 5 Star hidden Gem of a Cookie Shop.

They even sell purple dyed 2% milk in a double cup here ! Haha it’s a VIBE, I went randomly and I’ll definitely be back if I’m in Anaheim again, 100% Recommended!

12/9/2023Very cool vibe and staff was super nice. I just got two cookies, which are large, and both are tasty: Nutty OG and snicker doodle. They are about $5 pretty cookie. I would like to try the ice cream sandwich but they were out of ice cream today.

Large cookies but they were just okay. Nothing to rave about and I don't need to go back. They are also expensive at $5 a cookie. Cookies are not served warm, unless you ask. I tried the firecracker and Cookies and cream, both tasted a little old rather than fresh baked that morning. Bummer, I wanted to find a great cookie place but for me this wasn't it. Two stars for friendly service though.
