Best cookie bakery ever

I’ve been here quite a few times, & wow. Today, 11/20/25 at 8pm just before closing we picked up a dozen cookies of mixed selections. The quality of the cookies taste & look so different now! I’m hoping this was a bad batch, but the cookies were super oily, can’t even taste the difference of each cookie. All 12 were just bad!

Visited the cookie plug yesterday and just wanted to say I love that the cookies are not obnoxiously sweet like other cookie places I have tried. I tried to Dubai cookie and it was very good. It was cooked all the way through and not raw in the middle. Service was great. The lady behind the counter was very friendly.

The Cookie Plug is the perfect spot for when your cookie cravings are beyond the ordinary. Their unique, oversized cookies are incredibly flavorful and have a perfect, soft texture. I tried the Purple Haze—a delicious purple cookie with a yummy velvet cake flavor. The cookies are large enough to easily share. The only thing to consider before visiting is the price; a box of assorted cookies can be a bit expensive, and ours was over $30. The staff member that helped us pick the cookies was friendly. You could also by drinks and other random merch such as shirts. A good pit stop before or after the Angel game.

The mini cookies all tasted like soap for some reason! Extremely strong taste - It was horrible and even left a soapy aftertaste, so we had to toss them all out!! The large catering boxes were great! Only issue was we discovered one of the boxes was ripped when we went to transport the cookies and a few went directly to the floor! But we were told the remaining cookies were yummy!

The soap issue makes me leery, so I won't order from this store again but we might try another location.

First and last time ordering from here ! Cookies were very disappointing. I had high hopes based on the reviews and the pictures but the cookies not only didn’t taste good but the pistachio cookie also looks nothing like picture and taste even worse . What a waste of money on these overpriced mediocre cookies

I was not expecting these cookies to taste this good seriously they’re the best cookies I’ve had in a while. Crusty on the edges soft on the inside and fresh 🔥
