I'm in love!!! Love that there's a parking structure so close to Cookie Plug. Love that the vibes I get once I walked in! Totally vibrant, totally chill, totally inviting! Customer service was has had great vibes - mentioned their deals which we took advantage of. Cookies are my thing and Cookie Plug did it right! Moist in the inside and a little crunch on the outside! We got the Choc XTC, Cookie Cream, Firecracker, Nutty OG, Pink Elephant, and Good Luv. So far the Cookie Cream is my fave! Will definitely be coming back again!

Kid-friendly product, munchies advertising on lock. Love the mugshots of rap and rock stars/cannabis offenders from the 90's. The cookies are mini pizzookies, the size of four standard chocolate chip cookies. Love the variety of flavors, seasonal offerings, deals, and lovely Gizelle's fan friendly service.

Had a great experience. Came in here for some cookies for my staff. The woman who helped me today was so friendly. She greeted me right away with high energy, which was comforting on this cold rainy day! She was knowledgeable about the cookies, gave great recommendations, and let me know what deals they had today. Then she offered to heat the cookies up for me, they are all delicious, love the soft texture of the middle and the bite of the edges. Absolutely love their concept and packaging ! She went above and beyond to find the containers for the keto cookies which were 10/10 for me!

walked in at 8:50pm would not sell anymore cookies to my child. they close at 9pm and they had both open signs lit up and on. terrible customer service. will not be back!

The cookies here at Cookie Plug are 10x better than that other trash cookie spot people went nuts over. These are real cookies and not just some gimmick that has so much sugar to hide the basic tasteless flavor. Cookie plug also has cool daily deals to keep you happy throughout the week. My service here was great where they were helpful on any questions pertaining to a few cookies that you may not recognize right away or even just asking about the milk lol. Ambiance is chill and not really like a coffee shop where people need to solicit all day. Just an in and on your way store to enjoy at home or in your car. I definitely am still trying to sample every flavor on the menu as well as I can but in due time as I don't want to burn the place out and get tired of these cookies. Enjoy!!!

Customer service was good. Took 3 stars away though because they don't accept cash which is legal tender...Covid days are over!! Also they were sold out of Choc Chip and Firecracker....and don't have ice cream sandwiches. They should update their menu.

I really like the idea of this place. I was excited to try a purple velvet cookie. (One of my favorite colors) Most of it went in the trash. The berry cheesecake was good. The mini cookies came in a cute container but were hard. I know I'm not the only one that notices the aftertaste. I think it's a non stick chemical to release the cookies after baking. I could be wrong but whatever that is... It's probably cost effective to use but it's ruining the experience of the product. At least the purple velvet and mini cookies that I got. That's a shame because my experience of the brand in the store was enjoyable and unique. Maybe I'll try again down the road and see if the owners respond to reviews.
My coworker brought in a box for the office to share. I had some of the chocolate chip cookie. It was one of the most flavorful cookies I've ever had. It was perfectly baked. I also gave some to my husband, who rated it an A+. The marketing is genius, and I loved the packaging. I was not the person who bought/ picked these up, so I can not comment on the service or ambiance. I will definitely buy some of these cookies if I want to impress someone with a sweet treat.

They had these at work and by looks alone I was "all in". I have not researched them yet but I assume given the name and the looks of the inside they find a way to have the interior stay soft and doughy and the exterior have that more typical firm/firmer texture. PEANUT BUTTER: -- large size and very thick -- when I cut this into slices it was crystal clear that the interior was very soft and doughy almost gooey -- nice peanut butter taste -- medium sweet or more (a touch sweet for my palate but the texture is so good I'm still getting after it) -- a very tasty rendition of this flavor RATING = A CHOCOLATE CHIP: -- same large size and very thick -- pretty decent amount of chocolate chips -- medium sweet and possibly more -- not soft and doughy inside like the PB one but still good...just a bit drier but not dry...just not the same as PB -- a pretty good rendition but not too memorable or noteworthy RATING = B+ I do not know if I would drive this far for a cookie since we have a cookie spot in Irvine that is "money honey". But if you are near this area you could do much, much worse than sniffing in here.

Love this location, staff is always so helpful. Went today and had amazing service (12/13 around 3pm) from 2 very polite young women. They told me all the deals, I went in for 2 cookies and got a great deal of 4 cookies for 10$ and a purple drink (WHICH IS BTW DELICIOUS, taste like a super fresh lemonade). Me and my husband personally believe cookie plug is 10x better than Crumbl. I'll be coming again for my next sweet craving. Parking is free in the structure right here! Also a poke place next door.
