Okay this hurts me to write because our server was Amazing … food was also really good . But no music dead silence …. Good was cold when it got to us probably because of having to go up those stairs …. The whole vibe in there was very quiet it didn’t feel to welcoming also going down those stairs and the railing being decorated with Christmas decor may have not been smart it was hard to hold on to anything .. wall art needs to be nailed in better so it doesn’t fall and maybe a bathroom up stairs would be nice … idk felt disappointing tbh especially since the bar next door had good music

Jade is amazing! Her hospitality is on point. The food is delicious. Upstairs they were playing music and painting. This place is totally an Anaheim adult vibe. Another hidden gem for us!! Check it out.

The hostess outside was nice and sat us down promptly when we arrived. It seemed like an event was going on in the upstairs area based on the noise and it was probably taking the attention and effort of the servers.

Unfortunately, my date and I were sitting at our table for about 10-15 minutes and distracting ourselves with conversation until we realized no one came to offer us water, drinks or take our orders. Another couple was seated at the table over a few minutes after us and a waitress came by to get them water and explain the menu while we were ignored. Kind of hard to miss us since we were on a high table but oh well. Guess it happens.

I went in earlier today to celebrate my friend’s 21st birthday and we had a lovely server today. I don’t recall her name but she was so sweet and beautiful. I will be coming again. 😊

This was our first time at Broken Spirits and figured Halloween would be the best. They are located in an old craftsman house in Anaheim and is themed around the haunted mansion. The food, spirits and deco were great. The food was good portions with the pizza slices being huge. The pizza slices are huge so one is enough. The drinks were all well balanced. For a date night or a fun out with friends I would definitely recommend and we will be returning soon

Broken Spirits is awesome! The vibe is very spooky and fun. Service was great. We were a pretty big group so food orders were brought a bit slow and staggered but food was delicious and our server was wonderful. Maybe wouldn’t recommend for groups bigger than 4 but we had a great time.

I guess it's a cool spot but the decor and lighting are odd. It looks like someone said 'Let's take the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland and turn it into a bar'... With bright lighting and put other random spooky decor to make it spookier. Also there was either no music playing or the volume was super low

It's a place for Disney adults tbh. The drinks are decent but I'd find another spot.

When I called to ask if they take to-go orders, they told me to come in and place it. I drove there, and then they said no take out, dine in only plus they had an attitude about it.
That shows management doesn’t know how to run a business or train their employees.
Don’t come here!
Waste of time

I don't ever need to return to this location which is really disappointing because I have wanted to go for a while. First we had a reservation and finding the check in / host desk was a challenge. Then there was some special chef event upstairs and frankly they should have only focused on that event because the food, service, and overall experience was subpar. I am a very forgiving patron but having to ask for a water refill 6 times is a problem. The food portions and quality were lackluster and not worth the price. The tables were not bussed and we asked for a table setting including a napkin when our appetizer was served and it took over 10 minutes to get silverware, let alone a napkin. The sides were not worth $7 each. The portion of mac and cheese was dismissal and the brussel sprouts were raw. I was really looking forward to the cocktails but, again, I think the focus was upstairs. The drinks were watered down and had little to no flavor. My friend actually questioned the taste of her drink. The restaurant and bathrooms were unkept and I don't plan to return. The fact that I am writing this review was to exemplify the disappointing experience. Do better! I will not be a repeat customer.

Everything was amazing, the food was delicious, we are a family of 10 and all of us loved our food including appetizers. The restaurant itself was so cute. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

The best bbq I've had in a goth farm house! Seriously the good is great! everyone ordered something different and we were all very happy. Their own distillery is so good.
The decoration is so fun, so many goth photo opportunities and disney memorabilia.
They have 2 (TWO) secret dining dining rooms (that's all I found at least) hidden behind book cases.
We will be back for sure.
