Not worth seeking out for the food experience but it's a great place to catch your breath. Great view too.
Isabella at the mobile pick up order window on May 30th, 2025 was very rude to me and my friend from Germany. He flew all the way out here to try some water and after picking up our food, we asked kindly if we could get 4 water cups. She looked up at us almost judgy and angry and said, “not right now, you have to wait and wait.” Really ruined our visit and we will never come eat here if she’s working. Very rude of her to be mean to me and my friend from Germany, Kam.
You buy drink for $5 and there are NO REFILLS. Not just “no refills”, there are ABSOLUTELY no refills
We stopped in here for dinner during our visit. This place had been recommended, particularly for its chicken tenders, and it was fantastic! We are so happy we stopped in.
Unfortunately, the exterior and entryway are under construction right now, so we didn't get the full experience. The inside is cool, but there was no entertainment or anything going on.
Food wise, this place is bomb! We tried the Sampler Box, Chicken Tenders, and the Hot Honey Sandwich (minus the pickles, though). Everything was delicious! Portions are very good as well. Would absolutely recommend and get again. Topped it off with their Roy Rogers, too. Very good.
We used the order ahead on the app, and it worked out perfectly! There was a decent sized line. I'm guessing this place gets very busy - it sort of looks closed right now with construction work. Overall, this place is definitely worth trying and a great recommendation!
The Golden Horseshoe is such a charming and nostalgic spot in Disneyland! 🤠✨ It’s located in Frontierland and perfectly captures that old Western saloon vibe. The décor is spot-on, with wooden interiors, vintage chandeliers, and classic saloon-style furnishings — it feels like stepping into a scene from an old Western movie.
The food here is pretty good for theme park standards — they have tasty options like chicken tenders, fish and chips, and chili cheese fries. 🍟🍗 The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable considering it’s inside Disneyland. Plus, you can grab a refreshing soft drink or root beer float to cool down from the California heat.
What makes The Golden Horseshoe extra special is the entertainment. They often have live performances, including comedy acts and Western-style music, which adds to the atmosphere. The stage is beautifully set up, and if you’re lucky, you might catch a fun show while you eat. 🎤🎶
Seating is available both upstairs and downstairs, so it’s a nice place to take a break, relax, and soak in the classic Disney magic. The staff are friendly and helpful, which adds to the welcoming vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for good food and a bit of Old West charm in the middle of Disneyland! 🌟🤠
Whenever I go to Disney that is my go to place for food every time I go I ALWAYS get the chicken tenders there so good!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
The cashier Edward a white older man with glasses was extremely rude and spoke to us in such grouchy tone, we ordered 2 drinks and 3 entrees but we're treated with such disrespect and ruined our visit
Love the atmosphere at The Golden Horseshoe! Comfort food paired with live entertainment makes for a fun experience every time!
Lots of indoor seating available on 2 levels.
A good place to grab a bite

This establishment provides a pleasant ambiance for families to dine in. The menu includes basic options such as chicken tenders and soft drinks, as well as ice cream. While the piano player is no longer present, the overall atmosphere remains inviting.

Building looks nice. Service is your standard stand in a line, order food, pick up food, and walk around looking for someone to get up from a table.
The food isn't even average, at least the menu they have now. Chicken strips are average, Ceasar wrap is actually unpleasant to eat, and there are some chili fries that are ok.
This could be vastly improved.

This wasn’t it for me. I don’t find that DL has all that great of food, like compared to Disney world anyway. Went here just because we didn’t know what else to get for a decent price. Chicken tenders were really mediocre and you don’t even get any sauce. Disappointing. Maybe other stuff there is better
The Fried Chicken and mashed potatoes with the biscuit were SPECTACULAR! I also tasted the pot roast and that was an award winning roast! So delicious and the fried chicken is the best I've ever had! Congratulations to the chef on both of these meat entrees!!
The green beans were a bit overcooked, still very tasty! I would definitely recommend Disney to provide low fat or sugar-free dessert items and also offer a side salad or soup for the customer to add to their meal.
