I love that we found this joint right outside of our hotel. My husband is a burger fanatic and was in heaven with the charboiled portobello mushroom burger with garlic aioli. I had the grilled chicken chibata with teriyaki and a side of bbq sauce, and added avocado and pineapple. *chefs kiss* I can't forget to mention the options for sides; fries, ♡sweet potato fries, and tempera battered green beans. The atmosphere is clean and I honestly appreciate the locked bathrooms. The music playing is a decent variety. I do need to point out that you are paying for the food, *not* for customer service. They're friendly, but busy. You order and grab your food, without expecting it to come to you. And the prices are decent in relation to their location in a big city.

Frequent customer of the chain, first time at this particular location. Was surprised to see a service charge line item on the receipt on top of the tip I already gave. It’s not like they brought me the burger or anything. Now I will be hesitant to tip at any other locations because there may be a hidden service charge that you don’t know about till after the fact.
Ordered the dry chicken nuggets for my daughter and some of the chicken was out of the basket sitting on a dirty tray, not even on the paper liner. A total experience that makes this an easy habit to break.

First time experience. They have 3 options for kids meals. No toy included but that's a good thing in my mind. I had the chicken club. It had a lot of mayonnaise which I like but some people may not.

I got my food to go. My hotel was 7 minutes away. Burger was warm and fries were soggy.

First of all...The food is good. Is it good enough to put up with the employees that make fun of the customers that walk in to order? Not in my opinion. Secondly, they don't communicate about the stuff they do, or don't have and take the order. Then after wasting your time, they say that they don't have enough, or any at all. That was my second day. My first day was a great experience and that is what made me go back again the next day. The next day was different people and gave it a different atmosphere. Was not happy and I will not be going back again.
