I have gotten ham & turkey from here for 25-30 yrs. It's the best food ever and the service is quick, friendly, and professional. The cost is not overly expensive it's worth it to see my family smile and enjoy it.When I see my brother in law picking the sweet crunchy topping off the ham all I can do is smile and join him Love this place. I give them 5 stars

I preordered my turkey and ham for thanksgiving this year. Their line for pickup was ridiculously long but it was worth it. Hands down best turkey and ham as always!

I went to the store today to pick up my 100 dollar ham prepaid already. I asked for a plastic bag I seen other hams in and just saw them put another huge hamLike I had in a bag for another customer . Brenda and and two other lady’s by the prepaid station told me they couldn’t get me a bag and they are only for small hams very rude and blatantly lied. To defuse the situation I just left and will not be ordering again from rude location. Train your employees not to lie it wouldn’t hurt them one bit to give me a plastic bag so all my ham juices don’t spill all over the place like they did last time when I ordered a ham. Avoid this location they are rude!!! Will not get anymore of my money

Went in today to pick up a pre-paid order, thankfully, because the line to pay in store was at least 30-45 minutes long. It is 2 days before Thanksgiving, so the crowd was anticipated. I had 4 items in my order, but the store somehow missed one item which was a $4.39 12-pack of hawaiian sweet rolls. I live in Fullerton and traffic makes it take about 20 minutes to get there, so I called to see what they could do for me. The only option they gave was for me to go back to the store, wait in the giant line, and pick up the pack of sweet rolls I already paid for. Not just this, but I pre-paid $62 for a quarter ham that was labeled with a $59 price tag and they were unwilling to help me at all. So now I am out $7 and they offered zero help or incentives over the phone to account for their errors. Terrible customer service. 1 star because their ham is good.

Let me start off by saying that the food, meals and ham is still delicious. However this location did not prepare for the busy Holiday. They had two lines - one for prepaid and the other for preorders and walk ins which was not the best idea as the walk ins slowed down the line. The people that had pre ordered just had their preorder QR scanned and they were in and out. However because the Walk Ins were also placed in the same line as preorder, the line took longer due to the Walk In still trying to decide what they wanted to order once they got to the register. There is a reason why we take the time to preorder to get what we want before it runs out and to make the visit a lot faster. It was a hot today (80 degrees) and customers waited two hours in the sun and there was a customer that fainted . It would have been nice if this location would have put up canopies so customers weren't waiting in the hot sun. Once inside some registers were not being used for some unknown reason . There was plenty of staff to get them on the empty registers. Then while inside a register broke down so the line for preorder and walk ins were only moving as fast as the one person on that one register . The other three registers were prioritized for prepaid customers even after staff saw that there was one register for the preorder and walk in line and I knowing that customers were waiting outside in the hot sun and knowing that there was already a customer who fainted. Behind the registers there was staff who were working hard and trying to get orders out and then there was staff who literally were just standing there . There was no staff that took initiative to tell the ones that were standing there to start getting the items for the customer ready and or look for the items that the customer is requesting and bring them up to the register from the freezer and or back of the store. There was a few times where staff took over 5 minutes to look for food items in the back and if they would have used those staff that were just standing there to get the items they could have started taking care of the next customer and have the line go a lot faster. Hopefully this location is organized better next year.

Only go here to buy the smoked turkey breast. Prices have gone up but they are always delicious.

The worse customer service, the manager Brenda was not very helpful, actually she was rude, I was explaining to her and she kept butting in. I've been getting my ham and turkey from Honey Baked Anaheim for at least 20 years. I have never complained cause I've always loved their ham, until this year! The ham we got was burnt when we opened the package. We put it the oven to at least warm it up a little but took it out cause it might burn it even more. My whole family was disappointed and it ruined the spirit of our tradition of Thanksgiving. She kept saying bring the ham back, why would i keep the ham taking up space in my fridge for no reason, of course, we threw it away, who wants a burned ham!!! They make millions selling their very expensive hams and turkeys but couldn't help one customer with their bad product? Never going back there! I'll go to Stater brothers, you only pay half with all the extras included!

I liked the Ham it was good over all but I will never again buy the prime rib it's a waste of money and tastes horrible I threw it out. My boyfriend was disappointed and said he'd rather order it at bjs restaurant then ever get it from here again.

Ham is excellent as usual. Had to stand in line for 2.5 hours because it was a last minute decision.
