Fantastic find right outside Honda center. Great food. Excellent beer selection. Friendly and fast service. Reasonable prices and big portions! What more can you ask?!
Food was not authentic German food. Site was used as conference and trade show. Break out rooms were poor. Make sure you sign a DETAILED contract. After the fact, they charged extra for EVERYTHING!
Had a great time. The food authentic and very good. Prices were fair and the atmosphere was friendly.
Feels like home! Great beer, great people, and wonderful food. The Goulash is incredible and has been for 20 years. If you don't know about this place already you should be ashamed of yourself.
Always a wonderful experience. We ordered the Rinderrouladen (beef rolls with pickle and onion), Curry Wurst nwith Fries and the Kasespatzle with fried onions and bacon. The staff is nice, it's clean inside. Clean bathrooms. Wonderful environment.
Portion sizes are good and the food was amazing. the complimentary bread is the best I've ever had. their bratwurst sandwich and pretzel were incredible. I think about eating them frequently.
ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS ?DELICIOUS. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE RUBEN SANDWICH WAS TOP. OTCH. BREAD WAS WARM AND SO SOFT FLAVOR WAS ON POINT. GARLIC FRIES ? WERE ALSO DELICIOUS ?
Love this venue! I've worked many events at The Phoenix Club and I attend their Oktoberfest festival every year. It is truly one of my favorite venues in Orange County. The food & drinks are delicious! They have a lot of outdoor space for events and 3 different indoor ballrooms that range in size. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend it if you're planning a special event or if you're looking for a great place to eat and drink the best beer. Cheers!
Good food. Had to eat in the pub because big dining area no longer open. Berr was good according to my brother. Very interesting.

Great food and great atmosphere. Sorry to find out it will be torn down soon.
First time trying them...didn't even know they were there! Won't be our last time. Great menu, something for everyone, traditional German fare as well as sandwiches. We shared plates so we could try more items, which is why the pictured plates were messy. lol. Good food and drinks. Desserts were great as well. (best to share as they have large portions) Everything priced fairly. Great Happy Hour prices on beer!
The best German food we have found in Southern California. Service is great too. Must come if you like German food.
It was my second time there, the first to say I am an authentic German, and the people have no idea of German culture or food. I went with my dog in, and he is a certified service dog. First Lady was friendly and helpful, and the other Lady asked me the service dog questions about what my dog performed. I think not enough; she asked me to put the dog's bed out. Here is the link to Germany and the culture Dogs belong to the cultural heritage of Germany. In every restaurant, they get served water and food. Respectfully! As I have asked her if she was German, she answered no, but her parents, sadly to say nothing of this, made it to be displayed disrespect across a living being. Food wasn't very significant by my first visit. I tried to give it a second try. I can tell to present Germans culture I am not going back on this level. Low level of service for me as an authentic German ?? No wonder the other German stayed away
Huge portions of great German food. Very friendly staff.
