Fantastic steakhouse! The cuts were cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and incredibly tender. Great atmosphere, attentive service, and everything came out hot and fresh. A wonderful place for a quality meal—highly recommend!

We had the truffle chicken, filet steak, pecan pie, and espresso martinis! Everything was amazing! Our waiter Reno gave us the most excellent service. We will be back!

Got there about 45 mins early, only because the show that we saw at the Honda center ended earlier. Still had to wait until our original reservation time, even though there was plenty of open seating. Great food and service made the wait worth it.

The Ranch did it again. Fantastic food with exemplary service. We started with the beef carpaccio and not only was it delicious - the presentation was beautiful. Two of us had the filet - cooked to perfection - seasoned well and melt in your mouth. My husband had the halibut and it was moist and flaky with a delicious crust and my friend had the pork chop. Nice sized portion, juicy and tender and was complimented perfectly by the side of lobster mac and cheese. We had to try a couple of desserts - the pecan pie - a deconstructed delight and the sticky toffee pudding that was also not only perfect for sweetness, but a great ending to our meal. Our server was ON POINT the entire evening and was very professional. If I have to give one criticism, it was the hostess when we arrived. We were five minutes early and asked if we could be seated to order a cocktail. We were told no we couldn't be seated until everyone was there, and if we wanted a cocktail we would have to go to the bar. We didn't want to go into the bar and sitting around the entry room when the restaurant was maybe 10% full, was awkward. I told the hostess it was silly and she responded this was “part of the experience”. I was snarky - I admit - and replied that thanks to her, our experience was starting off sucking. My bad - but if I'm about to drop hundreds of dollars on a meal - don't make me stand around uncomfortably looking around at an empty restaurant. It also didn't help that when our server came to collect us for seating, that the hostess turned her back and whispered in her ear - It was unprofessional and weird.

I've heard so.many fabulous things about this restaurant. Was going to make a point to take my husband now that we've retired....checking the menu this morning. Im always amazed in the amount of sauces used on fine cuts of meat, fish or.chicken. the use of truffles....truffles taste horrible and do not add that luxurious flavor one may think. So my excitement to experience this establishment dwindled to never experience this establishment. A fine cut of anything should be able to stand on its own. And what is blue cheese ranch dressing? Sounds like a lot of mayo. Yuck instead of a better balance of sour cream. I would rather spend my good money at The Hobitt.

Great it was our first time. Our servers were very helpful. They have a year-round menu and a farms menu that changes every three weeks.

We had a wounderful time last night. Amar, our server, was very delightful and very attentive. He went out an extra mile to help us carry our to go bags to our car. He is very efficient. The food was cooked just right and very delicious as always. We loved the new menu (we haven't dined in here for a few months).

Another wonderful dining experience at The Ranch in Anaheim, CA. Our server, Joe, and the entire staff were prompt and courteous and helped to make it a great night out for my girlfriend and I. The food was excellent as always the filet was amazing and we always get the lobster macaroni and cheese side dish. Superb! We were celebrating her birthday and Joe made sure to make it a memorable experience with a birthday candle on a special raspberry cheesecake desert. Thanks to the Ranch, and the entire staff for a delightful evening.

I had never been to the Ranch before; so, I wasn't sure what to expect. The place was beautiful and very elegant - larger than I had expected. The food was sublime: I tried the carpaccio from the farm menu (items made with ingredients from the owner's nearby farm), which was absolutely delectable with a very sophisticated blending of flavors. I tried my friend's beet salad, similarly amazing. Our entree was the Delmonico steak: a huge block of some of the richest and most flavorful beef I've ever experienced, portioned for two but enough for about four average-sized adults. The tequila-based cocktail "Can you see me now" was equally special, with subtle flavors and a controlled initial taste and finish explaining why it won an award. The service was also friendly, attentive, and very helpful. It was an extremely memorable dinner and evening - very expensive, but worth it. I would love to return.
