We had a wounderful time last night. Amar, our server, was very delightful and very attentive. He went out an extra mile to help us carry our to go bags to our car. He is very efficient. The food was cooked just right and very delicious as always. We loved the new menu (we haven't dined in here for a few months).
Another wonderful dining experience at The Ranch in Anaheim, CA. Our server, Joe, and the entire staff were prompt and courteous and helped to make it a great night out for my girlfriend and I. I had never been to the Ranch before; so, I wasn't sure what to expect. The place was beautiful and very elegant - larger than I had expected. The food was sublime: I tried the carpaccio from the farm menu (items made with ingredients from the owner's nearby farm), which was absolutely delectable with a very sophisticated blending of flavors.
