Ordered the pistachio cheesecake, which was great!Unfortunately my wife has to have gluten-free food...there were 2 options on the menu ( GFO )but they were unable to accommodate further... reason that the Brussel sprouts come pre mixed and the wagyu burger came out with the regular bun. With such simple mistakes happening she declined to eat, which I thought was smart because she should never gamble with her health and potentially ruin her entire evening because her condition can not be treated seriously. Too bad, had high hopes...it was weird that the menu stated at the bottom GF and GFO (gluten-free & gluten-free option) yet there were 0 GF items and only 2 GFOs...Until this changes we won't be able to enjoy a night out together at this establishment...here's hoping change is in the future ??

Dietary restrictions: Best to avoid if you have Ciliacs disease...

SUBJECT: EVICTED FROM HONDA CENTER DURING GWEN STEFANI CONCERT ON 9/9/2023 OVER A DISPUTED "PHANTOM" PLATE OF FOOD.Please note these comments are directed at our horrifying and terrifying experience at the JACK DANIEL'S CLUB RESTAURANT on 9/9/23 which could have ALL been easily avoided had just ONE [1] person out of the 40 or 50 total people involved had any "COMMON SENSE," HONESTY or INTEGRITY and taken heed to my repeated demands and viewed the surveillance videotape to determine who is telling the TRUTH and who is LIEING???However, everybody involved "RUSHED TO JUDGEMENT" based on a Fabricated Story by the Restaurant Manager, Josie, which also resulted us being EVICTED from the Arena after forcibly paying for the 2nd "PHANTOM" plate of food.My position is I received one [1] plate of food at the buffet table and offered to pay for it, repeatedly. However, the female restaurant manager's [Josie] position is that my son ordered a second plate ["PHANTOM"] after I informed her I was going to the restroom which is 100% NOT TRUE!!!I refused to pay for the second plate which was NEVER ordered NOR obviously NEVER CONSUMED!!!As a result of Josie's gross negligence and being misinformed she called a squadron of security guards and Anaheim Police Department [APD] officers and held us against our will and forced me to pay $150.74 for the TWO [2] meals!!! I view charging my credit card for the second plate as "EXTORTION."After I was literally forced to pay, otherwise I would be arrested and taken to jail, then they had the audacity and stupidity and EVICTED us from the arena with NO explanation provided. Then there were another 15-20 security guards and APD officers watching us outside as we demanded to speak directly with a member of the arena's senior management team.Meanwhile, we missed Gwen Stefani perform at a special 30th anniversary of the Mighty Ducks Pond!!At least a half dozen times during this ordeal I demanded somebody from management take 5 to 10 minutes and watch the surveillance videotape from the restaurant, which would have cleared us of ALL WRONGDOINGS. ALL of the APD officers, security guards and Mr. Roman Zavala, Director of Food and Beverages, REFUSED to review the videotape evidence!!!I have been a patron of the Pond, now called Honda Center, for the past 30 years without any issues. However, now tonight me and my son were HARRASSED, DETAINED BY POLIICE, THREATENED WITH ARRSST & JAIL and treated as CRIMINALS is APALLING, REPREHENSIBLE & UNACCEPTABLE!!!Mr. AlcarazPS: MR. ZAVALA, I CANNOT IN GOOD CONSCIENCE RECOMMEND ANYBODY VISIT THE HONDA CENTER NOW THAT IT HAS BEEN REVEALED THAT THE SENIOR LEVEL MANAGEMENT HAS ENGAGED IN AN ILLEGAL PRACTICE OF EXTORTING FUNDS BY COLUDING WITH THE SECURITY GUARDS AND APD OFFICERS BY DELIBERATELY FABRICATING UNSUBSTANTIATED FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST PATRONS OF THE JACK DANIEL'S CLUB RESTAURANT.

I had tickets for me and my young son to the Jurassic world show. I wanted everything to go smoothly so I made a point to go on the website and read all the rules since Covid things change often and I wanted the latest info. I saw the dimensions listed for allowable bags and I currently use a large purse. So I made it a point to downsize to a small crossbody bag to hold my bare essentials. We arrived an hour early so we could take advantage of the pre-show, use the restroom, get a snack, find our seats etc. I was in a long line for awhile when a security guard came up to me and told me I would not be allowed inside with my bag because it was too big. I honestly thought he was joking and just making small talk because of how small my bag was. He wasn’t joking. He pulled out a piece of paper and said your bag cannot be bigger than this piece of paper. He held it up to my bag and my bag was less than an inch over on one side. He shrugged and gave me this smug look and said see?! I said so what am I supposed to do. He looked and talked to me like I was stupid in a very condescending way and said you’re obviously going to have to take it back to your car. When I looked at him in disbelief he said it’s not my fault you didn’t bother to read the rules of the venue before you came to an event here. That’s when I told him I did! That’s why I downsized my big purse to this small bag! I said you’re really going to refuse me entry over 3/4 of an inch of fabric?! He goes yup! And points to the parking lot. Now we had parked FAR. And my little son was already tired from the long walk. Now we had to do it again. Twice. I had to pocket and bra my keys, 2 pairs of glasses, phone etc. because I had nowhere else to put them. Finally head back and get inside. Completely and totally missed the pre-show. No time for snacks or restroom. We barely made it to our seats on time. Here is where I have my problem. If the security guards held everyone equally accountable for the bag size rule. Fine. I get it. But lo and behold me and my son passed dozens and dozens of patrons with purses and bags bigger than the one I got kicked out for. My son is little and even he noticed. He kept saying mommy that ladies purse is bigger than yours, why can that man have that backpack. Even my young son saw and noticed that we were being held to different standards than many other patrons. It completely ruined the show I had saved up for so long for. I would really like to know why I was singled out the way I was. Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

Wasn't sure what the hype was about and why you need a ticket to get in.... We could have sat outside with the heat lamps,, but decided on inside instead because it was really cold ! $23 for the glass of Cab was a bit ridiculous, but it was a decent Cab from Josh Cellars. Our waiter, DeShawn was great ? He didn't rush us, but checked on us often to make sure we were good. The Truffle fries he recommended were a great starter and came with slivers of Parmesan cheese ? and ketchup AND mayo! I usually have to ask for mayo, so it was nice that it came with. We shared the Smoked Salmon Flatbread. OMG! It was delicious! Nice big pieces of salmon and trout roe and arugula. Yummy! I would definitely recommend it!So, I found out Brewery X is the only restaurant with real food in the whole Honda Center. They stamped our wrists with flourescent ink so we could go back during and after the game. It's great because they serve your drinks in glass - not plastic cups. Will definitely be back again! Off to the game!

They try hard to provide good beer

The food is pretty good but expensive. About what you would expect for food at a stadium. Definitely get the poutine and pretzel if they have it. The pizza you can pass on.

We visit the brewery off La Palma often and were excited to see a sign as we entered Honda Center so decided to head up for a pre-game drink. We were told only ticket holders with premium level access can access the bar. It doesn’t make sense that others cannot enter, disappointed. The door person called his manager and she escorted us to the bar. Hope they can change this policy.Update: We found out there is a separate entrance one can take to access the bar if you do not have premium level tickets, we were not told or shown this entrance.
