I hope this a temporary review my goal is for management to see it help address the concerns because I love Tierra Mia especially the location in Anaheim, but I have a few concerns. As someone with allergies I can tell that the air vents and various parts of the walls/store aren't cleared enough for a study space to be frank one my biggest issues working here the amount of dust, and I know anyone with allergies too would be uncomfortable studying there as the only few places open till midnight it would be good if cleaning was taken more seriously with people with allergies such as I. My other one is the amount of time for drinks they do take more than 5 minutes to be ready understandably on a busy day and music level is a bit excessive people love to socialize and study but the music does tend over drown it would be good if music level was lessened a bit. At last, a nice greeting from staff when coming in would be appreciative I tend to come late to study at night, it might be the baristas are tired to be fair I would be too, but a hi welcome wouldn't hurt to make an interaction a bit less awkward. Aside from that this is an amazing cafe study space and I can tell drink quality is superb.

For corporate perhaps maybe investments into the kitchen to reduce dappen noise from kitchen area into the lobby/cafe seating would be good because a lot of the machines used also do drown into the cafe study space adding to noise volume. This is only cafe that I have noticed that has this issue at this location not sure about others.

I ordered a Mocha Mexicano at Tierra Mia Coffee, and it was really good.
This location is always busy, but the service was still quick and friendly.
I asked for it to be made less sweet, and they got it just right perfectly balanced flavor.
You can really taste the chocolate and espresso without it being too sugary.
Definitely one of the better drinks here!

I recently stopped by Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru in Anaheim. While the drive thru line took a bit longer than expected, it was totally worth the wait. The cold brew I tried was strong, refreshing, and really tasty. I didn’t try any baked goods or other coffee drinks this time, but overall it was a positive experience. The service was friendly. Definitely a solid choice if you're in the mood for good coffee on the go.

I came at 8:20 pm and they only have 6 muffins 1 croissant and 1 guava cheese pastry, so sad I drove all the way here for nothing
