I usually go to Tierra Mia twice a week this last time I went oh my God service was so bad I went through drive-thru and it was that tall white guy. He had a nasty attitude I will not come back here.. they always had good customer service back then now it just seems they hire anyone.!!

The coffee anywhere in Tierra Mia is very good, I give them a 10 but in this place sometimes the wait at the drive thru is up to 30 minutes and sometimes stressed people give you the wrong drinks and get very upset when you let them know. and that detail needs to be improved a lot...

I have been buying my coffee in Tierra Mia for a long time, but I don't know what has happened in the last few months. The service is horrible and the taste of the coffee is not authentic. The baristas look very young and inexperienced. The taste of the coffee tastes like mixtures of various flavors.Yesterday I went for 2 lattes and it took them 25 minutes to deliver them to me, they only give priority to the drive thru. I definitely won't be back

They are so polite here , and so quuuicckk when I had I seen the line I thought it was gonna take long but it was way quicker then any Starbucks I’ve been too, and the frappes were so good!
