My group and I came in recently to try Tim's Avenue, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience due to the unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members.
We placed a to-go order for four items. Two of the items were properly packed, but the other two were served on trays as if they were meant to be eaten in the restaurant. When we realized this, we politely informed the staff member calling out the order that it was a to-go order. The cashier confirmed this as well. At that point, the staff member's demeanor shifted noticeably, and he became visibly frustrated.
This frustration was then directed towards our food. He aggressively handled our already-packed items, slamming them on the counter. When it came time to pack the tacos, he touched them with his bare hands, which had been handling other items, and threw them into the box. We requested a box to pack the remaining item ourselves, but the staff member insisted on doing it. We asked him to gently wrap and place the food in the box, but he continued to mumble about having "a hard day" while slamming the boxes onto the counter.
Throughout this interaction, there was no apology or acknowledgment of his unprofessional behavior. The food was mishandled, and we left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the service. This experience has unfortunately left a negative impression of this restaurant.

Seriously, what is so great about this house that it doesn’t provide submission sources? But I'm afraid someone will copy it... It's not good enough to be copied... The owner seems to have overdone it. I submitted beef, but there was no seasoning... And once you go in, the smell is so bad that it soaks into your clothes. Please turn on the blower.

The meal is tuff, I just wish the establishment would have an upgrade bc that would for sure raise the customer satisfaction. Also my Personal recommendation is the chicken sandwich and pork belly fries
The Pork Belly Fries are yummy and filling! This location is good for a hangout with friends. A bit pricey, but you get a big portion size and delicious fries. The portion size is good for two people to share. The meat is tender and fries are flavorful. I’m surprised this place isn’t more popular. We arrived during an afternoon and the location was empty. Plenty of seating options. Decent customer service. This business is located in a small plaza with plenty of parking spots.
Got tacos and the pork belly burrito. The burrito was huge and the bulgogi tacos are a must try

Beef bulgogi bowl was yummy and filling. Considering the price, you do get a big bowl of food. Beware the drinks are all in cans and bottles but overall I really enjoyed the food. The girl who took my order was super nice and friendly. I think this is a fairly new place as there are giant cardboard boxes in the dining room and the menu is incredibly small and simple. But once they get settled in, I’ll definitely recommend this place to others. :)
