Tiscareno's Catering & Events

We used Gaby Tiscareno and the Tiscareno catering team for our wedding since it was included with our venue at Springfield Banquet Hall in Fullerton.

Tiscareno Catering is professionally managed and did a great job at our venue. The food was excellent and they did set up all the tables very beautiful.

Having the catering company handle everything from the food to the table set up was magnificent and really took a load off the bridal party and everyone involved.

I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help with the production of my gorgeous wedding.

Tiscareno Catering allows you to taste the food and full detail, and also provides references for wedding planning and cakes. Whatever you need, they will be there.

I would definitely hire them again and am appreciative of everything that they did for our wedding.

Sidenote: the lobster bisque and the salad dressing that they hand make from scratch is to die for…. It’s that good. One of the comments that I got from my guests is that the food was just phenomenal and they loved the venue set up.

Food was awful, communication wasn't clear. Service staff and overall customer service was friendly, but not great. Do not get the at home private dining experience. It really is not worth it.

Attended a wedding this past Saturday where this business catered. This was by far the best Mexican food I’ve ever had at any event. In my previous business I attended over 227 events in 9 years. And this is some of the best catered food I’ve ever had. The fajitas were supper delicious. The lemon rice - so tasty! And even the beans were more flavorful than your common pinto beans. These guys will cater my next daughter’s wedding for sure.

Gaby was phenomenal to work with – exquisite food and incredible attention to detail. From setting our menu to helping us with our tablescape, she put so much time and energy into making our reception dinner one to remember. We're STILL getting texts from friends and family who attended asking us where they can get her butternut squash soup (a must if you go with Tiscareno's Catering ;). We've now used Gabby & Team for 3 events, buffet's, pre-packed catering and all have been exceptional, All fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. If your planning and event this is your team you wont be disappointed.

This is a family owned spot that has amazing Mexican food! Gaby the owner is always super friendly and personable, you can tell they have a passion for their restaurant and food quality! Highly recommend

I highly recommend Tiscarenos, the food was amazing for my daughters Quinceanera we received so many positive comments. The food during the tasting was superb and we loved everything. The day of the event Gaby went beyond my expectations, her and her crew did everything possible to make everything perfect. Gaby worked with my day Cordinator to make everything amazing to even stepping in to help with my daughters dress. Gaby took care of every single detail. this day would not have been as perfect as it was without you. If you are looking for yummy food and amazing service I highly recommend.
