Phenomenal, both the steaks were cooked to perfection and were accompanied by delicious sides.
1) Brought our own bottle of wine, waitress broke off cork. 2) No specials to offer for dinner 3) Draft beer ordered off menu to find they were out. 4) Ordered Cappuccino and the machine was broken. 5) Service extremely slow Staffing service charge included in bill! Would not recommend or go back.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE, BEAUTIFUL AMBIANCE, FOOD WAS FANTASTIC. EVERYTHING MY FRIENDS AND I HAD WAS BEYOND DELICIOUS. ORDERED THE LEMON DROP, SPLIT THE WEDGE SALAD WITH OUR TABLE AND HAD THE SCOTTISH SALMON FOR MY MAIN. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION WITH EACH PART OF THE MEAL. THANK YOU TOCCA FERRO FOR SUCH A LOVELY LADIES DINNER. WE WILL BE BACK.
Never been there before, so happy with the service atmosphere and food. Especially since it was with my boss and owner of the company at an event.Where you just don't know in a new place. Great wine.Great choices for different types of foodies. Unbelievable fish, vegan or beef options. Super, happyWe go again and tell others
Everything was good, except braised short rib was dry, tough and lacked seasoning, so bad one of the few times I could not eat it!
The service was great. Food was terrible . Cheap piece of steak , not work the $ . Very disappointed, was here last year and food was great.
overall very nice , amazing service , great food . love and appreciate how they helped me surprise my fiance , and most of all accommodated to our allergies . we were shown true customer service , thank you will definitely be back !
Pre dinner drinks - arrived well in to the appetisers and all at different times. We ordered a mixture of starters / appetisers to share. They arrived at different times plus some additional ones that hadn't been ordered The mains again all arrived at different times. The pasta had completely solidified when it came to the table - clearly been under the heat lamp for a while. I could go on but I won't.
Quiet, only about 4 tables full at 5:30 seating. Food was good, service was great. Alexa was our server. Overpriced for what you get but typical for hotel restaurant.
The restaurant was quiet and elegant. The service was prompt and courteous. The food was exceptional. I was able to converse comfortably with the people at my table. The prices were high but the food was worth it.

Food cooked to perfection, amazing service, and delicious drinks. Felt very valued, and would absolutely come again.
My experience as a guest of honor at JW Marriott Anaheim Resort for our family friends' 50th-anniversary celebration was deeply disappointing. What should have been a joyous and memorable milestone was marred by the hotel's failure to deliver on a fundamental and specific request: properly preparing the filet mignon for all guests. Our hosts had clearly communicated their expectations to the party planning staff, specifying that the filet mignon be cooked medium-rare and seared. However, on the day of the event, what we were served was far from acceptable. The filet mignon was overcooked, tough, and unpleasant to chew--completely overdone to well-done. Several guests complained that the filet mignon steaks were inedible; they could not even eat the steaks. Many guests shared similar sentiments about the meal after the event, but of course, no one wanted to vocalize their dissatisfaction during the celebration out of respect for the hosts and the occasion. What made the situation even worse was JW Marriott's dismissive and unprofessional handling of the matter. When our hosts approached the staff afterward to express their concerns, the hotel denied any wrongdoing, claiming that the filet mignon steaks were cooked properly, and claiming no complaints had been made during the event. It's absurd to suggest that guests should have raised issues with staff at the party itself--doing so would have been inappropriate given the nature of the occasion. Instead of acknowledging the feedback and taking responsibility, JW Marriott's representatives chose to dismiss it, leaving our hosts frustrated, disheartened, and emotionally distressed. For a hotel of JW Marriott's stature to fail so spectacularly at both execution and accountability is very disappointing. This wasn't just about a meal--it was the centerpiece of a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and their inability to deliver on such an important detail left a bitter impression on everyone involved. I can't recommend JW Marriott Anaheim Resort for hosting or planning any special event. Their lack of care, attention to detail, and refusal to take ownership of their mistakes make them unfit for occasions that demand professionalism and respect for their clients' expectations. This experience has left us--and especially our hosts and family friends--with an indelibly negative memory of what should have been a joyous celebration.
Thanksgiving event was disappointing. We booked weeks in advance and our table wasn't ready. They originally tried to seat us in the bar area with two tables pushed together because they didn't have a table for five set up. After asking for the dining room, they were able to move some tables together to accommodate our party. It was very expensive for what was offered. There were no steak or pasta options on the menu. Only two options for appetizers and two options for dessert. All entrees were served with the same sides. We asked for a bread basket to start and were told that was not available. The turkey dinner was good, but for $85 a person we expected more. The overall atmosphere was fair. Nothing special for the holiday. Looking back we would have been better off booking a reservation at a high end restaurant without a “special” Thanksgiving meal.
Busy and the staff did seem to struggle getting drinks out. Seemed to possibly have too many tables seated at the same time.
Very good food and excellent service and somewhat upscale for a hotel restaurant. Its so convenient to JW Marriott that if you're staying there you may not consider leaving the hotel to visit any of the many good restaurants in the area
