Booked the Thanksgiving experience and was overall disappointed. Server was very nice but the service was abysmally slow. Mains came out with a 10min delay between the first plate and the remaining plates. Apple pie & ice cream included in the set price but was charged extra for one bowl of ice cream without pie.
We had our complimentary breakfast here and the option and variety is great. Had dinner another day, and although the food is pricey, as can be expected for hotel/resort food, the complimentary bread and butter were awesome and probably were the highlight of the meal.

I’ve now visited Tocca Ferro twice, and both experiences have been ruined by unexpected parking expenses, poor communication, and management’s complete unwillingness to address the issue.
On our first visit, we parked at the nearby Garden mall and received no validation. Staff told us to use valet instead. On our second visit tonight, we followed that advice and used the valet for a one-hour dinner - only to be charged $35 for parking.
Here’s the real problem: When we raised this issue with staff, no one took any action to resolve it or even acknowledge the lack of disclosure. The restaurant’s OpenTable listing and website provide zero information about parking costs or validation policies. A $35 parking charge for a one-hour dinner significantly impacts the overall cost and should absolutely be disclosed upfront.
This isn’t just poor service - it’s a failure of transparency that feels intentional. As a local resident, I’m warning others: do not patronize this restaurant or the JW Marriott. There are too many excellent dining options in our area where you’re treated with honesty and respect.
Until they update their listings with accurate parking information and train staff to actually help guests rather than dismiss concerns, this establishment doesn’t deserve your business or yours.

The restaurant is excellent! The staff was superb, and our waiter did an outstanding job. I had two smoked Old Fashioneds — both were amazing. We started with a tasting appetizer that was awesome, followed by a smoked filet mignon that was cooked to perfection. We finished with a delicious cheesecake. Overall, the experience was excellent! Even though the menu was a bit limited, everything we tried was outstanding.

The Chilean Seabass with sage butter gnocchi was out of this world!! Delicious food in a beautiful setting. Located inside the JW Marriott, 2nd floor, across from escalators.

The ambience was great and the menu had good variety. The service was missing throughout our entire meal. We had to walk over to get others servers to help us. We waited and hour and 20 minutes for food with empty drinks and no follow up. I haven't had service like this ever. They need to train the staff. Highly disappointed especially when they tagged on an 18% service fee.
Over-promised and under-delivered- we chose this restaurant to enjoy what the menu described as a pasta dish topped with shaved truffles- one of my favorites dishes. We ordered the shaved truffle pasta and were stunned when the server dropped off our simple fettuccine Alfredo with no truffle. When we inquired we were told they were “out of truffles”. Why would they not tell us this when we ordered? Or when they brought the dish? The manager told us that they used truffle oil, as if that justified selling us “shaved truffle” pasta with zero shaved truffle.
There is a small mixed up on the wine I ordered versus the wine I was served. Instead of trying to convince me that I made a mistake. Perhaps you might want just make it right the next time. Live and learn
Our server was awesome and food is spectacular! I'm really glad we went there for my son's 23rd bday.
Excellent service. We came here for anniversary and got top notch service, the food was great and the restaurant is very nice. If you are coming here request Heidy as your server. Thank you Heidy

Nearly everyone at our table had a bad experience with their food. My pizza was flavorless and had a tough-as-leather crust. Another person’s shrimp in the pasta was way overcooked. The chicken breast from the kids menu was bone dry and flavorless- a real disappointment for such a basic dish.
Phenomenal, both the steaks were cooked to perfection and were accompanied by delicious sides.
1) Brought our own bottle of wine, waitress broke off cork. 2) No specials to offer for dinner 3) Draft beer ordered off menu to find they were out. 4) Ordered Cappuccino and the machine was broken. 5) Service extremely slow Staffing service charge included in bill! Would not recommend or go back.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE, BEAUTIFUL AMBIANCE, FOOD WAS FANTASTIC. EVERYTHING MY FRIENDS AND I HAD WAS BEYOND DELICIOUS. ORDERED THE LEMON DROP, SPLIT THE WEDGE SALAD WITH OUR TABLE AND HAD THE SCOTTISH SALMON FOR MY MAIN. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION WITH EACH PART OF THE MEAL. THANK YOU TOCCA FERRO FOR SUCH A LOVELY LADIES DINNER. WE WILL BE BACK.
Probably the best steak in the Disneyland area! A nice comfortable yet classic and elegant setting with nice decor. My server was top notch making the experience more enjoyable. Steak cook perfectly and the presentation amazing. This place gets the new generation. A steak served on a hot plate is boring. Highly recommended!
