What we got: Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, Strawberry Paleta I brought the wife to get some ice cream, and she was very very impressed. She is a sucker for Thrifty's Cookies and Cream ice cream, and has been for she was a child. Upon the first couple bites of the Cookies and Cream ice cream she declared, "I think this is better than thrifty's" which is quite a shock! She also sampled the Carrot Cake ice cream which she told me would be worth bombing my lactose intolerant stomach for, but maybe next time. I went with a strawberry paleta de agua. It was good, and straight to the point. It is not fancy, and I've had better ones, but it sure hit the spot! The Shop: Inside you will not find neon colors everywhere and bright lights, instead Tocumbo sticks to its humble self, and sells ice cream and other fun foods like paletas, raspados, etc. Notes: There is plenty of parking, but it can get packed as it shares the lot with a few different shops and restaurants in a strip mall.

It's so refreshing to find a family owned and operated business that treats its customers like family. AND the ice cream is top notch! Even more bonus points that this shop is always so clean and you see the staff maintaining that constantly, unlike other chain ice cream spots. I will forever be a loyal customer!

To be honest this place is amazing the ice cream and goodies is really good! Just the staff here are rude and think there work places is a place for friends! Also the lady who help me was very rude to me and her attitude was unprofessional am not sure why they would hire someone like that there! I will not be going back until new staff is there and when I call to complain about the lady she was the one who answered the phone and told me she the manager there like what ?! And you treat your customers like this ! I would not be coming back!

We wanted to get away from the business of Disney for an evening to get desert. We are glad we found Tocumbo! The ice cream is great (we had cream cheese (surprisingly good), Cookie Butter, and Mexican Hot Chocolate), the service was quick and friendly, and it was a relaxing atmosphere.

We rented a paletas and ice cream cart for the evening for my daughter's 18th birthday and it was absolutely incredible. From the time I contacted Tocumbo Ice Cream until the time the cart was picked up it was an absolute pleasure. Customer Service, incredible products - I love Tocumbo and will do this as many times as I can for my work events and family events.

This is one of my go-to's especially in the summer I get to go several times a week, but the recent standout is their new selections in ice cream as they are trying new flavors and taking bold risks on the types they offer, they had a charcoal mocha one that my wife loved! The tejuinos are one of my top go to's and it's always refreshing when I'm in the mood for one! The nachos are great and filled with jalapeños, the tostilocos are one of their specialties too! Honestly there isn't one thing I've gotten here that I didn't like and they always give baby paletas to my daughter so she loves to come too. Have to stop by here if you haven't as the service is genuine and kind! The people are always keeping a positive attitude & smile each time I've gone. A great vibe overall. Love this spot thanks Tacumbo!

AMAZING. I went in the last 10minutes before they closed and I mentioned that it was my first time. I ordered a tejuino which was delicious. They were super friendly and their business was super clean as well! Excellent customer service and I will definitely be coming back again!

They have great Mexican snacks too!If you're not familiar with great Mexican snacks then you need to start!So this ice cream this ice cream shop makes custom ice creams and great and varied flavors everything from tropical passion fruit to the regular chocolate, Mexican flavors like gansito ice cream (think strawberry and vanilla and chocolate all in one)Next you want to try the amazing fruit bowl salads with a ton of toppings, like granola, sweet condensed milk, chocolate! Or the more traditional watermelon, jicama and cucumber with a chili lime dressing.There's a ton more things to try. The shop is squeaky clean and the staff is incredible. Go go go!

First time here and I solely came for the escamocha.. it was everything I hoped it would be and more! The cream and granola mixed with the fresh fruit was unbelievable. Not only that, but literally everything in that shop looked so good. I cannot wait to come back and try out more, even during the cold upcoming months :PSuper sweet staff as well and literally down the street from me!
