Staff is always so helpful and friendly. It shows that the staff is trained in customer service, and I appreciate that. You get the same service every time. Food is great too.

Went to Perry’s place today to give it a try. Ordered a cheeseburger and when I got to the window, I decided to order a side of onion rings. The cheeseburger was $7.50, which is reasonable. The lady then said it was an additional $9.53 for onion rings. Then she apologized and said her boss just raised prices. Well, I think whoever owns this place is absolutely greedy and ridiculous so I ended up going to a different restaurant and in my opinion, a better restaurant where you get more bang for your buck to order the onion rings that I wanted, which were obviously cheaper. Do the people at Perry’s place? I’m sorry, but this is the first and last time I will ever be visiting your restaurant. Whoever the owner is, you’re extremely greedy and you need to take a look at your prices and look at your clients and offer them better deals. Good luck staying open.

Hamburgers are HUGE give you tons of fries don't get the double cheeseburger I had to cut it to eat it the single patty is big enough loved the chili burger but wish I knew they put lettuce before hand so I could have said no lettuce but fries were bomb and hamburger was made quickly

I love the food here but the customer service sucks. The drive thru lady Blanca is rude. When we order in the drive thru we asked to cut the burrito in half and they didn't cut in half. The second time around it's the same cashier we asked the same request this time we told her when we pay because they might forget and she told us in a rude tone next time to tell her in the machine but guess what we got the burrito still not cut in half. Rude service I'm very disappointed ☹️

My family loves this place! The staff are supremely helpful, the inside is always clean, and the atmosphere is always friendly. The value is very good, especially the fries when dinning in. Never tried the drive thru. The food tastes wonderful! Only complaint, they recently changed the coating on the fried chicken and now it's way too sweet. Prior to that would have been a 5 star! All in, you can't go wrong with Perry's!

The breakfast burritos are amazing! The pastrami sandwiches ate a little thick for my taste but they were still delicious. Lunch is extremely busy but they get your food out pretty quick!
I was going to let this go but now I'm really pissed to be perfectly honest.... I'm used to customer service being garbage nowadays but I didn't think it was going to be a big deal to order the four Burger family meal and ask for the patties on the side I didn't know they didn't do that but I paid for the cheese which I didn't get I got a major attitude about the hamburger patties I should have let him go but my cats like to eat them so I figured what the heck and then after them having to remake one of my sandwiches because they turned around and messed that up and did 3 burgers with patties when there should have been only two I paid for cheese I didn't get and then I'm meeting my second sandwich and I find a long hair in it I was going to let it go until I found the hair I don't know if they're having an off night normally the food's pretty decent normally the people are pretty friendly tonight was not that night and I probably won't be going back ever or for a good long time so if you go here just be cautious you never know what you're going to get and they don't do alterations on their family pack because it's too difficult on their Cooks when there's nobody else in the restaurant maybe they should look in a new cooks I don't know.. but I don't know completely horrible experience so like I said just be cautious

My only complaint is that recently the half and half (onion rings & zucchini) has barely had any onion rings in it. The box is definitely not half onion rings.
