HORRIBLE. I have no words for how much I hate this restaurant. Weird dust kept floating around, falling from the ceiling, and landing in the food. Almost every single dish is COMPLETELY INEDIBLE, mostly due to the COMPLEYELY INSANE amount of salt. I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could.
The only person I would ever recommend this to is the devil.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Downtown Disney eatery. It wasn't the best food I've had, but I wasn't expecting much in this tourist trap area. We had a very little wait for a party of 7 on a Saturday night during Spring Break. We waited maybe 5 minutes. The have a good variety of Non-alcoholic drinks which i appreciated. I had the Blood Orange Bittersweet. Very delicious. The chips were warm, the salsa was okay, but they brought out 3 baskets and 6 salsas (chips and salsa are not complimentary. Food was better than expected. Rice was a little dry, and I was expecting the chicken to be dry based on previous reviews (I ordered the chicken on accident), but it was actually really good. The green enchilada sauce was good and so was the shredded beef taco. No one had any complaints about their food or drinks. The only annoyance is that they won't split more than 2 checks per table. I get it, its a lot of work, but so is collecting payment from 7 different people to put it on one card. They did total everyones separately so that was helpful. And they split the cost of the chips 7 ways so that was nice. Bottomline, if you eat here, have reasonable expectations and you'll enjoy.

We had a party of 17, so I made reservations five weeks in advance. I called the morning of to confirm thinking it would help them out and be prepared for such a large group. The women on the phone said all was good to go, that we would have one table upstairs to accommodate us. When we checked in, Rivas, who seemed to be the manager, was incredibly rude saying he had no idea we were coming. Telling me the women I talked to on the phone was "home by now" and he had no idea what I was talking about. He made us wait another 20 minutes (with 6 kids). Even when I approached him to see how things were coming, he totally ignored me, turned his back on me and walked away. We divided into two tables so we could just be seated and eat. That being said, our service was amazing! They were great with the GF allergy. Our server was awesome with all the children. The food was good. The shredded beef was really good. Atmosphere was also good. Outside seating is fun if weather permits.

Some menu items are worth the price, but some definitely are not. ( nachos worth it, fajitas not worth it. ) food was mediocre at best and wasn't well seasoned. Drinks were good, chips and salsa and table side guacamole was amazing.

The food is fine, but when it comes to food I want it to be better than fine. My tacos de pescado and chips and salsa were okay though I would have liked if they were spicy. My friend’s tacos de carne asada were dry and too salty for him. One round of horchata was good but the refill was surprisingly too sweet. I don’t know if there were multiple batches or if it was always too sweet. The restaurant’s saving grace was the staff though. The hostesses were very considerate and made sure the very busy line was taken care of. Our server (I forgot her name) was attentive. Oliver helped us get refills of chips whenever our server was busy. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I don’t plan on coming back.

They're closing, they didn't care, whatever. Small portions, incorrect order, items missing (guac).

The food was pretty good. No wait. My guest went to the ladies room and said it was filthy, so that’s a hard NO on receiving 5 stars. The service was on point and fantastic. The prices high, but it’s Disney territory and a tourist trap so there’s that. The drinks could have a heavier hand on the pour, a bit light on the alcohol ratio. The streak fajitas were above average and the side of rice and beans were decent. The shredded chicken in the enchiladas was great and flavorful. The chicken in the tacos were not as shredded so provided a tougher bite than necessary. Overall, really good meal with 2 margaritas. One was the coconut and pineapple and the other the Saint Patrick’s Day marshmallow goodness. So, besides the female restroom, it was clean and decretive. Did I mention Zlata was awesome! Don’t forget to hit up their outside express version which is amazing on the go with little time to wait!
