Stumbled onto this restaurant. Food, drinks and service weresolid. But the small, metal stools were so very, very uncomfortable. Couldn’t wait to leave as soon as we finished our food. Why on earth restaurants use these torture devices is beyond me. It’s really too bad because we will never return just because of these stools.

Reservation was for 1 hour 30 minutes but we were asked to leave when we still had over 15 minutes left of our reservation & still had drinks. Even if the food was good.. the service ruined our night.

A little hard to fine, in a building where a lot of restaurants are. We had reservations and our table was right up front. We had asked if we could have a different table , the hostess said she couldn't accommodate due to our reservation. It made no real sense seeing no one was sitting in the area we requested the whole time we were there, and put us in a bit of defensive mood. The food was very good, which helped defuse things.

A super solid 4.5 stars. ?The tacos were fantastic, and the service was great. They even accommodated our party when we asked to switch from a high top table to a standard. Super nice.The place is quite small though, and through no fault of their own, there was a very loud band playing in the courtyard, and it was difficult to hold a conversation with our party. I'd definitely go back, maybe when there's a quieter band.

Urbana is a special place for me. Had my first date there with my husband, and we've visited many times since then. This past visit was just ok. Hubby's tacos ended up half eaten as pork belly was off-the-charts spicy, and arrachera was full of gristle. We've defiantly had better meals here.
Uncomfortable seating in the restaurant. Our party of two was sat at a high top for 12 which wouldn't have been so bad if the actual bar stools were more comfortable. The ambience at the Packing District is great. We had the guacamole which honestly has the exact taste and texture of store bought Wholly Guacamole. The brussel sprouts were our favorite dish. The chicken posole was room temp and the filet mignon mole taco was unnecessarily spicy given the menu description and I like spicy food. Service was slow and we never got a refill on our waters or margaritas. There are much better places to eat at the Packing District.

Holy Smokes.. the staff and food were Awesome! Super friendly hostess and waitress great personalities, professional and knowable about the menu. After a couple of questions recommend a great cocktail to start. My friend had the chicken posole and I had the 3 taco plate; al pastor, fish and steak all were excellent. This was my first time there and I'll definitely be going back. Next time I'm going for the several seviche options. Also it was my friends birthday and the manager came over to us to see how we were and wished her an happy birthday with a delicious sparkling dessert.
The food is not Mexican food. It's bland. My friend had the pozole and it made her sick. I had the mole taco and it was horrible. The potato tacos were the best thing, but you really can't mess up potatoe tacos. I was very disappointed
