Why do the nachos supreme come with everything BUT the cheese on it? Tiny container on the side was enough for about 5 chips. Biggest let down of my life. I expect cheese in my nachos. Not that hard.

Service was fast and great, but the food was just okay. I appreciate the large portion of fries, but they were the worst fries I ever had. The fries were cold and soggy with not much flavor. The burger patty was very thin to the point where the pickles and onions became overbearing. The sauce used on burger was very tangy and not enjoyable. I won’t be coming back.

Good food, a step above Jack's and McDonald but now very pricey and with smaller portions than last year. A 12-inch pastrami is now 6-inches and you get less fries and onion rings than before for much more money. Very disappointed.

We haven’t had this restaurant in years and from the quality of food I remember why. We got the chicken bacon melt and the chicken was so dry and over cooked it was almost impossible to chew. The fried zucchini was so soggy that the breading completely fell off. The onion rings were so dried that that breading flaked off. The hamburger patties were thin and overcooked and the avocado was brown and hard. Basically unless I forget why we didn’t like this place we will never go back. If you’re going to charge about 80 dollars for 5 people to eat at least give them quality.

Burger had mini bacon bits on it great taste. Sub my fries for onion rings and they were good too, breaded just right and they were not stingy on the ranch.

For the owner: We asked for all of the things that I'm complaining about. Instead of telling the cashiers to point out the AB 1276 signs, you should tell them to just make sure to put the things that people ask for.
I didn't ask for A1 sauce but you guys gave me 2 of those.
I did ask for ketchup, plastic silverware, and jam (none of which was in the bag). There was also a missing toast order.
I ordered the steak and 3 eggs and the Avocado and Swiss Omelette.
The eggs and hash browns were alright. Really liked the steak and the omelette!
However, we were missing various things that made the experience so frustrating. You could say it's our fault for not checking the bag, but we did! We just didn't notice anything missing in the brief glace through while pulling out of the drive thru. Once we got to our destination we realized we were missing an order of toast, ketchup, jelly, and utensils. We shared the one order of toast. No jelly was a slight inconvenience. My wife absolutely loves ketchup so she was extremely disappointed about eating her omelette and hash browns without it. We had to stop somewhere to get plastic utensils because I don't even know what to do. Eat my eggs and hash browns with my hands?

Today, I got the sausage breakfast burrito. It was big and enough for 2. 90% hashbrowns, 5% egg, and 5% pinto beans. It was really hard to tell there was meat in the burrito. The sausage was diced really small and no flavor. Eggs were the same. Cheese?? The pinot began was the only thing that had flavor. I didn't see cheese? No flavor, so get salsa or ketchup.
Always good food here love the breakfast burritos.

The best place I've found for a breakfast burrito. Their BB grande is so big that if I have it for breakfast it's the only thing I rest so day and it's cheaper than a lot BB at half the size. Burgers are really good as well as are the chili fries

One of our 'go to' places on a night after one of those rare days when a I'm too tired to make dinner. I love their chili burger and a fried zuchinni order is enough to feed the family. Quality of their food has not changed in the 25+ years we've gone to this place.
