I especially love the garden setting here. The service is excellent, on top of it. The food is delicious. The beer list is a bit short for me, but still tasty.

Had high hopes for this place. For all the hype that it gets, it was a super disappointing experience. Drinks ranged from ok to meh at best. Service was extremely slow - likely because of massive crowds that they allow (beyond the maximum capacity at times - I had the time to count due to aforementioned slow service). Food was average to subpar compared to other breweries. Toilet paper and other bathroom essentials were non-existent. We had enough of this place and wanted to leave early, but even service to close out the tab was extremely slow. Had to actively hunt down our server in the crowd.

We visited Villains Brewery on Saturday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we were seated outside, the service was off. When our drinks arrived, the server just left them at the end of the table and said, “There’s a lot of you, I don’t know who got what” which felt unprofessional and dismissive.

About 30 minutes later, my sister went to use the restroom. While she was in the stall, the SAME server came in and began changing the toilet paper, creating a large hole in the partition. This completely violated her privacy and made her feel extremely uncomfortable.

When she returned to the table, the manager approached us and said the “waitress is in tears” in a very rude and confrontational tone. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the manager escalated it and blamed us, when all my sister did was ask why someone was in the restroom changing supplies while it was occupied.

The overall experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. Between the lack of professionalism, poor service, and rude management, it’s clear that this location could benefit from proper staff training and stronger customer service standards. We won’t be returning.

Villains Brewing Company canceled my reservation and closed early without any warning after I had already booked. Very unprofessional.

Went on a first date and our server was awesome wish I'd remember her name. She was amazing. First time there and would definitely go back .

I recently visited this place and had an amazing time! The brews were delicious, and the sour was one of the best I've ever tasted. The atmosphere was incredibly fun. Highly recommend!

Host checked us in, said to follow him. Then he just stopped paying attention to us, and went to go serve another table before even leading us to OUR table. When asked he said “why did you follow me?” (He told us to). We were brought to a dirty, crumb covered table, which was given a very poor wipe down while crumbs and sticky stuff was still left on our seats. Didn't see that guy for the rest of the night. Our server came by and was amazing and very friendly. Food and drinks were stellar, initial part of my visit was strange to say the least.

Villains Brewing totally nailed it! Kat was our amazing server - she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The vibe is the perfect mix of cozy and spooky, with just enough character to make the experience feel special. The beer selection was fantastic, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming energy. We can’t wait to come back!

While Kat was still amazing, we got passed over to another waitress who was so rude. She came up to the table and asked if we wanted to order more drinks. We said no that we were leaving shortly. And she said “well we have a 2 hour time limit and you guys are WAY over your time so you guys need to leave soon.” WHAT? Nobody told us that when we sat down. I have no problem honoring a 2 hour time limit, but it was her tone and the fact none of this was said at any point during the visit. We spent a lot of money and were ordering drinks the whole time. The way she handled it was so rude. Please work on your communication and tone. Kat, you’re awesome still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely recommend such a fun place! Kat was a great waitress and was such a sweet addition to our experience!

One thing that was a downer for our group was we had another member join our party halfway through and the waitresses switched off for shifts. Our new waitress was not as friendly and basically told us to get out as we were holding up her table even though we would have ordered more rounds if she would have been more pleasant! Total mood change for our group as with our first waitress it was a fun time and we continued to order more but the new girl sadly lost our business and probably had a low paying night as her attitude is low quality.

Kat was amazing, such a fun place and happy hour is the best!

Sadly! Right after we paid and tipped some other nasty waitress came up to us and lectured us about being past their “time limit” which was never specified or mentioned before and basically told us to leave so basically once you pay and tip they hurry you away!

I came to the October Event on tuesday and I think they should skip making food and stick to brewing. I’m sorry but the foods sucked so much. Have you ever felt disappointed after looking forward to delicious food after a super long day? Yeah this place will do that. Food here really sucked.

Service was pretty bad too. This was no way the servers fault. They were the nicest people ever. I think management poorly executed. Everyone was sat down all at once and getting service was met with radio chatter and then nothing. I had get up three times to talk to someone and finally catch my server. Again no way their fault she was amazing. I think they were understaffed and management should properly handle this better. Because after today i have to leave this review about the food and service.

Went for one of the spooky Tavern of Terror events and really enjoyed the ambience! Our server Kat was super friendly & helpful, got us seated immediately and was very attentive! The food was SO good!! We had the double smash burger & cheesesteak and we were pleasantly surprised that both came with fries. The orange hard seltzer was delicious!!!

Amazing property & friendly staff, plus quality food & craft beer! Impressive

Totally rude bartender. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.
