I ordered 2 beef bowls. One had normal beef portion the other had less beef. The one that had it seems they scraped the grill to squeeze out enough beef because it had a bunch of burnt/charred crumbs that had an awful taste. Also, they took too long to make 2 mini beef bowls. Never again.

We are visiting from Iowa and went to the Drive thru. Not knowing what to get or anything the cashier was so polite and excited to help us choose what to try even helping us with different place to eat here in Anaheim! He loaded us up with all the different sauces and told us about the different things on the menu. All thru the window. Top tier customer service!! Now the Food!! It was just as amazing as the young man who was helping us. We got the steak and chicken plate with vegetables and man you get so much food! Cooked to perfection and so many flavors!! Definitely telling everyone back home about our experience! Keep doing a great job and the guy at the window deserves a raise!

Revent owner change I think. Smaller portions. Less sauces provided. Salad had carrots added to it for some reason? Not super bad but why?! And when I ordered my plate they didnt ask what kind or rice i wanted or if i wanted onions. Used to come here a ton. Guess ill either find a new one or another restaurant all together.
I've gone there twice and each time I was taken a back from how rude they were, and the vegetables smelled a little bit funny and had black shadows on them.

poor. ordered brown rice+extra veggies. instead i got countless healthy heaps of cold stale white rice and a few pieces of broccoli and carrots. all wabas are bad, but this was straight up theft. terrible.
EDITING AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: what other details do you need? it was an online order and you don't hire enough workers so they make mistakes. you're probably a terrible owner that will punish your employees so i'm not going to follow up further. i don't want free food, i want people to know they will get swindled at this specific location because they are short staffed, despite being extremely busy.

Friendly staff. During one of those weeks when it was very hot out, they allowed me to sit for at least 30 minutes with an ice water so i could cool off. That was before I ordered anything. Staff gets an A+ from me.
Parking: Large parking area and typically not busy at all.

The whole drive up window thing is weird. The service is not friendly. The chicken tasted so weird, not like other locations. It tasted fake and that's why I'm writing this review. They charge extra for sauce that's not packaged.

I found a piece of hair in my food. I have noticed no one was there and the girl at the counter ignored me about 10 min. Last time I went there was a nice Asian lady there and she was giving great service and food was awesome. Today food was ok and the people working there were rude to me. Soon as a white guy walked in she greeted him friendly and asked what he wanted to order. I am never going to this place ever again. No wonder they have no business.
