Hi, I ordered the plantspired steak today. The whole bowl tastes like soap or detergent. I think they must have used a container that had soap in it and prepped the steak in it. Or a cleaning product was sprayed on top of the steak. It's tasted like completely like a sanitizer solution. I work in the food industry, and this is BAD. I also go to other waba grill locations and order the same thing and the plantspired steak never tastes like that. I hope I don't get sick from the amount that I already ate.

They don’t even put enough chicken am being scammed they put a 2 ounces of chicken and they charge 11 dollars for there bowl my poor father has to work just for them to give him 90 percent rice they overcharge and extra chicken is almost 7 dollars I regret coming here if you can go to another WaBa grill so you don’t get scammed and this is not the first time this has happened to it’s always the same thing before they actually gave you more chicken but just for the love of god PUT MORE CHICKEN.Stay away I would not recommend this place go to the subway or KFC not the WaBa grill every other WaBa grill I go to it’s 10 times better these people are money hungry.

Stopped by Sunday night. Ordered dumplings and a sweet spicy chicken bowl. Oh my God This is the WORST food I've ever eaten. The dumplings were BURNT and the "Sweet spicy chicken" bowl that I was given was horrific. The chicken looked like it was boiled and in order to make it sweet and spicy, they gave me a thumb sized container of chili sauce to dump over the chicken. The sauce was inedible and tasted of pure sugar and food coloring. I will NEVER go back.

Called a day ahead of see if they took EBT they told me all of their locations do!!! Get there and they tell me they don't take EBT! Won't be going back to that location!!

This review is for the WaBa Grill on Beach Blvd in Anaheim only. Interesting place. The food was good, people were nice, but it looks like they've had some experiences there. They won't take $100 bills because they've received too many counterfeit bills, and they won't let you get your own drink. We had a hooker come in for food while we were seated there. Shortly after that, I remembered what side of town we were on. It's not a very nice area to be in, but close to our gym so we went there.

if i could rate this place below zero i would. the server marian is extremely disrespectful so rude and has no level of professionalism. this is not the only review of her on this app and i believe that it is enough customers who are unsatisfied and something should be done.
Ok ordered the value meal but ended up receiving just the bowl. She didn't hear my order initially, but I think it's the big plastic sheet in front of the cashier. I wasn't the only one who had this issue. Just 3 other customers had a hard time hearing the cashier across that sheet of plastic.

Unbelievable!!! the girl in the front name Marian. called the POLICE on me for asking and the extra sweet chili sauce!! I order a bowl and an order of dumplings and she only gave me one sweet chili sauce. when I asked for a second one she wanted to charging me, so I was trying to tell her that a bowl include any kind of sauce she got rude really fast. And because I keep asking for. SHE CALLED THE COPS ON ME. I can't believe what just happened! I'm actually here waiting to see if the cops shows off. Here is my recipe I hope upper management gets involved on this is NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT A CLIENT.

I like this place and the food BUT, trust me, do NOT order their "Sweet and spicy" Chicken. TRASH, one bite and that is where I put it. I go here all the time, the food is good, but not THIS item. Really WABA--does anyone do a taste test before putting an item on your menu? Come on. And I was hungry--ordered two items and when I got home, we all had to share ONE item because the other item-again, had to go in the trash. As a quality operation, you guys will see for yourself this one will not get ordered more than once, by anyone, IMO. Horrible flavor--hey management, why don't YOU order it up for lunch--give it a go--see what YOU think and maybe you will not be so quick to serve it up--you think?
