Not all Wabas are created equally. I used to eat another waba near my old job and it was great. Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was great.
I imagine that the area this one is located in has something to do with it, but I really like the pickled carrots.
But at this location they only hand out little bags of like two pieces of carrots and the ones you do get are soggy and taste funny.
I get avocado with my bowl every time. But at almost $2.50 every time I get avocado from this location it is always heavily bruised or borderline bad.
I want to keep giving this location a try since waba has helped me maintain a balanced diet over the years, but I may have to look for another location if this keeps up.

First time at this location and I'm not happy payed 11.50 for half chicken half steak rice and veggie bowl. Hardley any chicken and there was no steak at all . Didn't notice until I got home so I called the store and the guy said to come back and he will give me another bowl , I was not able to leave the house at that moment so I had my wife go all the way back there and they said they will just give me the steak meat . I couldn't believe it . 30 min drive to get there and back thinking I'm going for the bowl like he said , just for him to hand me a few peaces of thin sliced steak. If they weren't in there talking so much and more focused on making people's meals this wouldn't have been a problem

The food and atmosphere is beautiful and calm a great place to take your lunch ?
I have no idea what's really going on but I was charged $10.82 from the previous night and just purchased a teriyaki bowl tonight again and was charged $11.72...also a lady came in right after me with a EBT card and the lady Alejandra said it wasn't working and said it works then it doesn't and it worked fine for me so someone needs to do something about that because it's bad customer service and wrong to do that to customers, the girl that was working the other night was super nice!

The chicken used to be a better quality of meat, but sadly, not anymore. Especially since each item is like $13 and up for, you'd think the company wouldn't be so greedy and actually give the customers a better product.
