I have no idea what's really going on but I was charged $10.82 from the previous night and just purchased a teriyaki bowl tonight again and was charged $11.72...also a lady came in right after me with a EBT card and the lady Alejandra said it wasn't working and said it works then it doesn't and it worked fine for me so someone needs to do something about that because it's bad customer service and wrong to do that to customers, the girl that was working the other night was super nice!

The chicken used to be a better quality of meat, but sadly, not anymore. Especially since each item is like $13 and up for, you'd think the company wouldn't be so greedy and actually give the customers a better product.

Parking can be a betch here, but it's worth it since there are so many stores surrounding this location and they are so close to the 57 freeway. I only come here for the tacos. The inside is small, but they have a decent/nice seating area, I've been to better and way worse Waba's. The girl at the register was really nice. I was eating my Boom Boom streak taco trio and scrolling on my phone when this homeless guy came in asking for money or food as he just got out of jail and sounded frantic. I told him I didn't have cash and offered to buy him some tacos and a drink and a water cup for me. The girl at the register gave me a drink cup too for being nice. I stayed to continue scrolling on my phone and just make sure he got his order with no issues and the ladies working here took care of him and he was very greatful and left immediately as to not bother anyone. I've eaten at a lot of WaBa's lately because of their bomb tacos, but this location will always stand out for their kindness (and their fast service and bomb steak tacos).

It's waba grill. Typical waba grill quality, fairly consistent. I decided to write this review here mainly due to one of the worker named Jennifer. If upper management sees this...she deserves a raise. Very friendly from the moment I walked in. Professional at the register and during my lunch here, I've noticed how much of a hard worker she is. She is constantly running back and fourth from the register to the tables making sure the place is clean while dealing with lunch rush. 4 stars for the place 5 stars for Jennifer. Keep it up

I came here and I ordered a chicken bowl. The meat was very hard and fatty so I did not eat it because it was honestly uneatable. I picked it all off to the side and then I went and asked the girl at the front for another side of chicken. At first she said she can't do that and that she cannot process a refund. I told her I wasn't asking for a refund, but I just wanted edible chicken meat that wasn't disgusting. She kindly went back to the kitchen and got me a new serving of chicken that I was able to eat. I am grateful that the employee was kind enough to swap out the chicken because I would have never come back if she didn't. Thank you!

I love how all there food is well done. and the inside is super fresh like I did not even want to go home cuz it's hot there. so that's what I like about Waba grill.

The cashier seem like he don't what to do, I ordered the salmon plate with avocado, and it didn't come with avocados, i still got charged for it i, no napkins, no sauce, or fork. How was I supposed to eat ? like a pig ?

Didn't even order here. Dirty, stood in line with one person ahead of me for 5 mins. Homie couldn't figure out he register or something...no communication as to what was going on. The lady in front of me wasn't the issue, the guy didn't know what hat he was doing. When he was done with her order he left the register. I waited another two minutes and left. Ridiculous
