Food was great. Service was lacking, ordered a taco salad and it came with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Went up to ask for salsa was giving chili sauce. Had to ask for manager to get chilli and salsa.

I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets and a burger that was on a deal. I got over charged $2 because my nuggets were supposed to be free because of the rewards and $2 0ff the burger because it was a deal on the app. I was still in the parking lot so I went back to let her know I was over charged.... she was very rude and said there's nothing she can do while yelling at me.... we went back in forth for 5min until I got tired of going around in circles. So I asked for the managers name which is Daisy. I called the next day and left a message on their answering machine to call me back because I had some concerns and questions. Never got a reply or a phone call so I called again and still nobody picked up the phone so I left another message.... and still haven't gotten a phone call in return.... very poor customer service at this store from employees and management. Is this how you treat customers?

Oh my gosh. Sometimes just acknowledging someone at the counter will stop customers from throwing a fit. My hubby and I, along with another group stood at the counter for 10 mins watching the crew ignore us all. Watched two guys joking around at the fry fryer. Watch one guy stand and stare at the Fry's as they cooked. Watch a girl run back and forth packing a bag. Watch 3 guys in the back area do nothing.Finally asked if anyone is working the counter. Got ignored. Said it louder, got ignored. Knocked on the counter and yelled, is anyone working? Finally the girl says, "sorry we're just busy". There were 3 cars in the drive thru when we walked in, there was one guy sitting at a table eating, then there was us at the counter. Super busy.Word of advice. Turn and look at the customers and acknowledge them by saying, "we'll be right with you".It's just Wendy's. Nothing to brag about. I didn't get what I ordered but with how things were moving behind the counter, I'm lucky I got a burger.Staff needs a good meeting with upper management.

This Wendy's needs a VIBE overhaul. It just gives off a bad vibe from moment one. The staff are not very friendly, the vibe of " I hate this job". The food seems rushed and not well put together. They gave me a cheap bun they use on the value chicken sandwich on my spicy chicken sandwich in my meal. Cutting cost and thinking customer's won't notice is distasteful and unethical. It's the little things that these companies think they can get over on you to save a buck... Sad...The store is usually empty, even during rush eating times. I know the area is nasty and has a lot of crime and issues, but the store could have a better overall welcoming vibe to it. Maybe they are waiting on the fast food worker raise that was put into law recently... If that's the case, the value menu will go to $10 4 piece nugget biggie bag! Then I won't want to eat cheap fast food when I can enjoy a real meal for the same price elsewhere. I have been to a few hundred Wendy's and this one is on the lower end of the list. There are so many other choices, make us wan't this one! Simple business marketing.

Got our entire order wrong costing us a lot of money. We ordered 2 adult meals and received 2 child's burgers.

We went through the drive-through once, pretty standard, but we were impressed that they put each of our two combo meals in their own bags, instead of the burgers in one bag then the fries in another, etc. or everything all in one. It wouldn't normally be a thing that would stand out, but those little touches of customer service can go a long way when everything else is the same. Also, just being Wendy's makes it pretty great.
