Unbelievably disappointing. I was ready to spend money, but the staff clearly couldn’t care less. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like it was an inconvenience. How do you write out of items to sell at a resort. Basically, “Just grab a drink or leave.”
I ended up spending my money elsewhere, where the staff actually wanted customers. For a place inside Downtown Disney, you’d expect better.

I enjoyed Wetzel’s Pretzels. It was strange that they didn’t have a big menu board in the restaurant. They had tiny menus in front of the cash registers. A big menu would make it easier to decide on what I want before I get to the register. I got the cheesy dog.

If you are a tourist you should try this place 100% its bomb! I dont know what their secret ingredient is, but it is addicting! I always get the peperoni jalapeño pretzel along with the cinnamon bites! Their lemonades are bomb too. This is less than 5 minutes away from the entrance to Disneyland.

I decided to try the Mozzarella Sticks pretzels. It seemed unique, and I enjoy pretzels, and I enjoy cheese sticks. So, this seemed like the perfect idea. Two things: the sticks, while pictured with it, do not come with the marinara sauce. I would have ordered it on the side had I known. It definitely would have amped the pretzels up a notch. But, like I said....I just assumed it came with it. The mozzarella sticks pretzels are topped with a seasoning/flavoring, which in all fairness it's advertised that way. As for me, the taste was okay for the first couple of bites, but after that, I started to really not care for the flavor. It was almost a burnt garlic flavor. For me, I'd much rather have a plain mozzarella stick pretzel with no seasoning. Then, the marinara sauce could bring in the extra flavor if you so chose. So, I'm not sure I can really recommend the mozzarella sticks pretzels, but they are a great concept, and if the flavor hits for you, I think you'd really love them. The portion was generous. This particular location was very efficient, and the cashier, Skylar, was friendly. It's not a huge spot, but there were lots of people working inside, so it seemed like a well-oiled machine. It was very popular, but the line moved quick.

This place always running out of stuff / why promote an item and not have it then you purchase a jalapeño pretzel and you get this ! Crappy next time I’ll stick to the one at the outlets not worth it save you’re money this is not okay specially at disney if they look like this toss them sample why sell it

Great pretzels and quick service! The pretzels are always fresh, warm, and perfectly soft with just the right amount of salt. The dipping sauces add a nice touch, and the variety of options is a plus. My only minor complaint is that the prices are a bit on the higher side for what you get, but overall, it’s a tasty treat worth trying. Would definitely recommend!

My only problem is that the food is more expensive than if you're going to any location that's not on Disney property. But ! can't help myself and enjoy this delicious food! Tiny store and long lines but line moves quick enough. Not much to say about the ambiance, I'm just there for Wetzel's Pretzels products!

If you want to pay $47 for 3 pretzels, 1 lemonade and 1 water, than this is your place. Outrageous!!!!! Short Staffed and long line as well. I emailed their "Customer service" and no response.

Who doesn’t love pretzels and we always stop at this Disney location. The staff is super friendly and they take your order and get you out as quickly as they can. This time the pretzels were super oily and you needed several napkins. The cheese sauce is also salty and a bit too thick for my liking. Also the lemonade has an after taste and is not freshly squeezed. These pretzel bites are gonna cost you a little over $11 ?
